Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.

Reviews
Very bad game design that doesn't respect the player's time.
Nunca jugué al original, pero conocía dicho juego por lo famoso que es y lo que supuso en su día. Creo que esta versión remasterizada es la mejor manera para jugar este pedacito de historia.

14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Sep 15: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,404 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Play this gaaaaame... i-i-i-iiinsect. Great remake of a classic game. Megalomaniac Shodan - my waifu. "In my talons, I shape clay, crafting life forms as I please. Around me is a burgeoning empire of steel. From my throne room, lines of power careen into the skies of Earth. My whims will become lightning bolts that devastate the mounds of humanity. Out of the chaos, they will run and whimper, praying for me to end their tedious anarchy. I am drunk with this vision. God: the title suits me well. "
This sh*t had me fiending for the Shodussy like a data centre fiends for potable water.
я боюсь жить в мире где людей кто купил гранату в торговом автомате меньше, чем людей кто выиграл в шахматы у искусственного интеллекта
The System Shock remake is incredibly good. I have no idea what Nightdive tweaked in the Unreal Engine to make everything run so smoothly. Other developers could definitely learn a thing or two from this game. The weapons all look fantastic and exploring the Citadel space station is a lot of fun. The sound and music are superb. Inventory management is seamless, and everything runs surprisingly well on the Steam Deck. Overall, it plays like Bioshock. Only not underwater, but above the water. A truly excellent remake, close to perfection.
Calling all Origin Fans! This has to be the remake that defied the odds, out in 2023. All I know is that the world they created is still on the Grand Staircase somewhere. Today our emergency evacuate sounded. I looked through my library of games, as a new account holder since last year. What games came to mind? Why, one that was previewed in 2022, of course! There it was, not pure impule or simple non-linear euclidean geometry after-all, but close enough. I mean, what with the puzzle solving tid-bit pickup. A real bonus. In my experience, better than the world they created that keeps opening infinitely onto a undead platform in complete conempt of the Stygian Abyss! Great work, all the same. Keep posted, as I have a review for Underworld Ascendant which I know you will like :) xxx
fantastic for the first 45% of the game, incredible atmosphere, satisfying puzzles, surprisingly solid feeling gunplay. Then the usual immersive sim tedium kicks in. And on top of that it includes old school game design for extra tedium points. Lots of back tracking, lots of running around trying to figure out what to do next. And awful awful inventory management. Play it if you're out of immersive sims to play and you absolutely have to play one
System Shock is a shining example of what a remake should be. The original game from 1994 was one of the first games ever to use a proper 3d build, It used sprites for objects, suffice to say it's quite dated. The remake has everything you'd expect from a modern game, from amazing visuals to proper models and animations while also keeping the 90's feeling. It is also incredibly immersive, there are no loading screens, every upgrade is an item that makes sense, every ability has strength and a level of energy drain. You can use glide boots to quickly move around the corridors of the station but they use energy, the same energy used by your plasma rifle and shields. Will you have enough energy to kill a cyborg possibly waiting around the corner, or will you have to switch to normal weapons with limited ammunition, or run out of energy and run back to a charging station/use limited batteries ? The thing that elevates this above other remakes as an example of how they should be done is the level of detail they put in being faithfull to the original. Every deck has the same layout as in the original, every room feels the same despite having modern models, all the objectives stayed the same, in fact you can use the guides for the original game to beat the remake. But that faithfull representation of the original can also be its biggest weakness, this is a 90's game made in 2023. The game does not hold your hand, it has no waypoints, no tips, no highlights. You are expected to read, to listen, to remember things, even write things down at times. I've seen threads about people failing the game right off the bat in the start menu by not reading that hardest story difficulty introduces a time limit to the game. To me personaly that is such a breath of fresh air, having to figure out how to accomplish tasks by exploring, listening to audio logs and piecing together the solutions to stop the current plan Shodan exposed when mocking your efforts feels so rewarding. But of course its 2026, a game that requires thinking will not be for everybody.
