This game makes me go HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA in Risk of Rain 2 Style
Action packed and fun to play!
Very fun game albet a little bit difficult to play at time or at first if you don`t know how.
While I'd hoped to get just Synthetik 1 again with more stuff, I'm happy to say Synthetik 2 does a pretty good job of being a distinct sequel, keeping much of the general feel and gameplay flow of the first one while making significant changes and improvements that it feels justified to pay the price for a second title. The shift to 3D can be a bit daunting and it took a little bit for me to get used to but the change also feels like an improvement now, the visuals are pretty stunning. If you liked Synthetik 1 you'll most likely enjoy this as well, just know there's an adjustment period and you'll have to unlearn some habits and tactics from the first game.
Are you an American? Are guns a part of your religion? Do you love the sound of high caliber chunks of metal hitting a clanker's head? Does the sound of explosions get you excited in all the right places? If you answered Yes to any of the questions above then I have a game for you! It's SYNTHETIK but it's the second game this time! All kidding aside, there has been a lot of improvements overt the first game, my dudes have been cooking! If you like top down shooters, this game and it's prequal are the highest of standards. Lots of guns, lots of different enemies with different tactics to defeat them, a decent amount of different characters to play as, each with its own totally different play style and rules. Also, there are small roombas everywhere that clean up the mess I just made by wasting around 150 rounds on a single enemy. That is really cool!
A great sequel to a great game. Lots of new features and refinements I never thought I needed but made S2 a much better game. Better shooting, more detailed deaths and explosions as well as a total overhaul of classes with my mains from the first game (Riot Guard, Commando) being even more fun and those that I didnt play as much (Sniper, Engineer, Chronotrooper) became favorites and addictive to use more than once. The only thing Im missing is the weapon mastery system from the first game but Im sure more are on the way because its still in development. Looking forward to more guns, more mechanics as well as enemies to fight.
Dare I say better than the first (which was already amazing)
Shoot robot gun go boom very good
Great game. While some builds / weapons / perks... feel or maybe even are way better then others, with enough skill and a bit of luck, you can bring any somewhat decent build into the late areas. The Graphics and effects are a clear upgrade to the first game. There still is a fair amount of networking issues but they are slowly getting better.
