Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.43/day in the week to Aug 17 → 1.86/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Genial!

Short but full of adventure. The style and thought in this game I would say is very enthralling, its an 100/10 and that is my final review. I strongly feel it was worth the $39.99, Giant Squid has not failed to tell me good story. I have a very strong creative gene and this game put more thought and ideas in my head for more stories. To put it shortly I love this game, it makes you question a lot but in the end you end up understanding the questions you wanted answers to were never really meant to be answered. Now typically its a bad thing to leave with more questions asked then answered. But with stories that have meaning like this one, it just makes it a whole lot more interesting.

This game is absolutely gorgeous. I regret not getting it sooner and am still so happy that it wasn't a PS5 exclusive. The movement is really fluid, the boundaries for each area are nearly non-existent (which is great for those who love to explore, like me), and the game is super forgiving in terms of landing on areas and navigating the world. The lore is also very interesting and I like how it is presented.
beautiful game with good music. a bit of a combination of journey and ABZU. I don't think it reaches the heights of journey but it is a fun ride while it lasts. alittle short on game time and the story didn't hit as hard as i hoped, but worth it especially if you want similar eye candy like the aforementioned games.
Tony Hawk’s meets Spirit of the North with a touch of Chants of Senaar
A short but spectacular game that I enjoyed imensely.
*Absolute Giant Squid* If you've played anything from Giant Squid before, you just know this is gonna hit that spot. Beautiful. Atmospheric. Relaxing. Enjoyable. <3
Sword of the Sea is an absolutely gorgeous experience that feels like exploring a whimsical dream, if you've played Abzu or Journey you'll feel right at home. You're a nameless protagonist that uses a sword as a hoverboard (hoversword?) carving up deserts and icey mountains as the sand/snow beneath you undulate like waves. You'll get to certain areas where you stab your sword in, turning parts of said sand and snow into oceans and rivers you can peer into and see marine life, that marine life will also come forth from the waves and take to the skies flying around and guiding you forward. You also unlock tricks by collecting these golden triangle shapes and trading them into a Merchant that pops up every now and then. The tricks aren't necessary for progression, but give you more to do. There's also skate-park like challenge rooms that let you try for a high score a la Tony Hawk. My only complaint is that it could get really hitchy and bogged down framerate wise on the Steam Machine, it's also over quite quickly. I spent a good deal of time just messing around and exploring and still saw the credits in 3 hours. That being said,, still a worthwhile experience.
