“Sword of Justice” is adapted from the classic literary masterpiece “The Four Great Constables: Sword of Justice” by Wen Ruian, one of the "Four Grandmasters of Chinese Martial Arts Literature." As the first season-based open-world MMO, the game offers hundreds of skills and pieces of equipment across its vast world for players to explore and acquire without paywalls.

The game breaks free from traditional class restrictions with a revolutionary martial arts system. Tanks can heal while healers can unleash powerful attacks. Players can combine hundreds of martial skills freely to create unique fighting styles—your game, your rules.

fix your game bro it's keep crashing
this game gets the wuxia vibes right and on point
really wanted to like it but its mobile game slop and very laggy
SWORD OF JUSTICE is a very ambitious open world MMO, and I was immediately impressed by how much it tries to fit into its martial arts setting. I play in a world inspired by Chinese wuxia fiction, where swordplay, exploration, stories and character relationships all sit alongside the usual MMO systems. I liked the feeling that this is trying to be a living world rather than simply a collection of combat arenas. The combat is easily one of my favorite parts. Sword fighting has a flashy but responsive feel, and different abilities let me approach battles in different ways. The game also puts a lot of emphasis on movement and timing, which makes combat more engaging than simply watching ability cooldowns. I enjoyed switching between attacks and mobility options while dealing with enemies and larger encounters. Exploration is another major strength. The world is built around a large martial arts environment filled with cities, wilderness and hidden activities, and I liked being able to wander away from the main path. There are also plenty of side activities that make the world feel more like a place where people actually live. I enjoyed discovering things simply because they were there rather than because a quest marker told me to investigate them. The social and customization systems add even more variety. I can interact with other players, work together on activities, customize my character and take part in competitive modes. I liked that the game does not insist that I spend all my time fighting because there are plenty of quieter things to do. The cinematic presentation also gives important story moments more impact than I expected from an MMO. My biggest issue is that the game is almost too ambitious for its own good. There are so many systems, menus and activities that it can become difficult to know what deserves my attention. The free to play structure also comes with in game purchases and chance based purchases, which can make the progression feel less straightforward than I would prefer. The MMO foundation also means that the experience is always tied to the larger online structure. I enjoyed the world much more when I had the freedom to explore and interact with different systems, but the huge amount of content can make the overall progression feel unfocused. I think the strongest parts of the game are the exploration, atmosphere and martial arts combat rather than the more conventional MMO grind. Overall, SWORD OF JUSTICE is an impressively ambitious wuxia MMO with beautiful environments, enjoyable combat and an enormous amount of content. I liked the freedom to explore, the character customization and the way the game mixes combat with quieter activities. It can be overwhelming and the monetization takes some of the shine away, but there is a lot here for anyone looking for a large martial arts world to get lost in. Rating: 7.3/10
