Rip through hostile alien worlds, harvest mutant body parts mid-combat, and adapt faster than your enemies. Every alien you harvest gives you new body parts with unique powers, like triple-jump legs, turret-dropping torsos, grenade-launching turkey heads. Steal, swap, survive.

Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.43/day in the week to Jul 31 → 1.14/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About

You are Squishy, a shape-shifting operative of Rangus Corp. Adapt to your enemies and outmaneuver them by stealing heads, torsos, and legs – each equipped with a unique power-- creating thousands of possible strategic combos. This unique mechanic makes you harder to kill and your gameplay more strategic, no matter what enemy you encounter.
Survive your runs alone or recruit up to three friends to destroy aliens and swap their meat alongside you. With dynamically scaling difficulty, the game gets harder when players join and easier when they leave.
If you’ve ever threatened to break someone’s arm and beat them with it, well, this is that mechanic in action, and the game for you. Every limb and extremity you equip changes your strategy instantly. Rapid adaptation is your key to success. For example, equip Squat Daddy legs to jump and butt-slam enemies, or an Octo Swirl head that shoots in all directions! This upgrade path is unique to SWAPMEAT: evolving strategically mid-combat, stealing abilities and turning them against your enemies. Muahahaha.
SWAPMEAT forces improvisation in a fresh new way: you work with what drops and learn to thrive in unpredictability, while under constant siege by alien weirdos.
Waves of screwball enemies threaten to overwhelm you, but every weapon can be stolen for yourself. Dodge, shoot, and swap your way through escalating chaos while racing against time to complete objectives.
Risk of Rain 2 and co-op shooters like Helldivers 2 inspired our developers, but the speed of core combat harks back to some of our favorite games, such as Quake 3, Serious Sam, and Overwatch. Hark!
Each mission throws new enemies, random events, and unexpected part combinations at you. No two runs are ever the same. Every death teaches you something new.
Bring your research back to HQ and cash it in for weapon unlocks, new perks, and company-approved improvements. Over time, you get more powerful between runs.
Drop into random and bizarre planets, from an urban speedway thick with hungry mutant speedsters to a planetary cookout overrun by hostile aliens. Battle across wackadoodle, vivid landscapes strewn with the ruins of galactic capitalism, ancient tech, and '90's references.
SWAPMEAT offers four different difficulty levels, from Casual to Nightmare.

Really enjoyable shooter game. The crazy combination of body parts and cool upgrades to your gun can really make each run, and even during the middle of the run, feel very different. I like the aesthetic of this game, and kind of how gross and weird it is. I have yet to play it with friends, but hope to in the near future. This is a hidden gem in my opinion and has tons of stuff to upgrade and unlock. New guns, upgrades for those guns, cosmetics, and finding new types of body parts during a run are some of the thing you can look forward to playing with!
The game randomly turns into a PowerPoint. Fun, but unplayable.
The game is attempting to emulate the feel of Risk of Rain, but the core gameplay element is not as engaging. The graphics are overly saturated, resulting in discomfort after 10 minutes of play. The jump pad prevents you from experiencing any gameplay for a full minute, which effectively halts the game's momentum. If you fail to finish the repetitive targets on time, the game finds more ways to punish you.
Absolute GEM! Meaty and beautiful!!!
I put a turkey on my head and got bug legs. This is the game for me! 10/10
Incredible game! Ever since I saw it for the first time I was dying to play it, it was practically love at first sight LoL. The game itself is really really good! If anything I think it needs way more love than it already has, More people need to play this game, this thing needs to be way more popular than it is in my opinion, and I'm glad the game devs made this game and hope they had fun creating it :] if you're reading this review here's one thing you should take away from it: Play the game it's awesome!
Everything is pretty cool, unique and fun but the meat part durability gets tedious fast and the invincible boss guys that spawn after a certain point and non stop hunt you I find very annoying. Especially the one that constantly slows you down drastically. You can defeat them temporarily but they come back in like >2 minutes which they proceed to pester tf out of you. I get they're suppose to pressure you to go faster but the time feels to short some times and take away from having fun and exploration but instead just makes you want to rush through missions. Almost want to drop the game after beating the 1st boss because I'm not sure if I'm a fan of the gameplay loop. Maybe more freedom is needed, more base meat durability and I guess more modes to mix it up.
