About
You have been sent alone to the dwarf planet Ceres. You must endure the harsh environment while you gather, craft, and build the basics required to stay alive. Build machines, facilities, and farms as you establish a foothold in this icy world.
No tedious gathering of the same materials over and over. Once you acquire a material and locate deep deposits, you can build and use drills to automate collection.
The modular base building makes building easy for players who are not creative, while place-able objects, decorations, and glass variations allow more creative players to go wild.
Export rare materials and manufactured goods back to Earth to earn funding. This funding is used to research new technologies and upgrades. You can also import supplies from Earth to supplement your needs.
Once you have established a viable base, including some colonist-specific modules such as the barracks, mess hall, and rec room, you can call in passenger ships with people to join your colony. Then, put your colonists to work on advanced facilities used to create complex goods, defend against hostile aliens, and perform other advanced functions such as terraforming and power generation.
Once you begin terraforming the planet, ice melts, giving you access to new areas. Here, you will find more advanced materials used to advance the terraforming process.
As terraforming advances, you will need to defend yourself against attacks from hostile alien creatures on the ground and in the air. Eventually, you will take the fight to them by destroying alien nests and going on expeditions to eliminate all hostile life forms to make Ceres safe for humanity.
The higher the difficulty settings combined with how quickly you complete milestones or the terraforming of Ceres will determine how well you score on the leaderboards. Can you be efficient and reach the top spot?
So what are you waiting for? Get in there and start terraforming the dwarf planet Ceres into a viable human colony today.

I absolutely recommend this game. There are a few things that need some work. But I love the game play so far. If you don't set you base up right, you will have a lot of running around to do. So it does require some thought. Some base modules aren't the same size as others, but you should be able to get everything connected by using the different corridors and connectors available in the basic base constructor. Farming is relatively easy in the early game. I have just started with the advanced farm so I can't comment too much on that. My recommendation to the developer would be to have some kind of compendium or codex. I spent 20-30 mins trying to find where the basic turret was produced. All in all I think this game is fun and I see myself sinking quite a bit of time into it!
Now I want to point out I played this prior to the newest updates. May I played updates were June. Anyways. I loved the concept of the game, it really has a planet crafters feel. I wish there was more world space, but seen in the update they plan on having more planets as dlc. I did not care for the building as I wanted to loop my buildings together. I also wished my guys could transport my stuff between machines/buildings. But other than that I liked it. See my full review here: https://www.jellierose.com/2025/07/surviving-ceres-review.html
You have to grind to get anywhere in this game, but i found it fun. I enjoyed the game. Positives: missions to follow to progress the game, some loot drops along the way to help, able to make the game easier or harder by changing numerous variables, i enjoyed the crafting progression. Negatives: limited to a small space, cant explore over the hills, when ice walls defrost, it leads to areas already explored... not something new, Alien bacteria sampler is useless. Not sure i would buy at full price, but would buy again on special. I used an easier setting completed games missions in about 4 days. Still playable and can exapnd more, but missions objectives are coompleted now. Note for developer: expand past the mountain border to allow for village creation maybe and allow for a colonising city to be built in a bigger area.
joguei esse jogo antes de ser lançado achei muito bom sera que vão lançar ele coop seria muito bom um play com amigos
Walking simulator.
I am in love with this game. It has everything you need to terraform and build a base with a bit of fighting. I am looking forward to seeing what will be added as time goes on.
I thought this was a great very much enjoyed it up until the point the game crash lost all my progress the game said it auto saved guess what it didn't happen what a waste.........deleting until next maybe
Um grande jogo e com muitas possibilidades futuras. Espero que o desenvolvedor mantenha-se firme nas atualizações.
Clunky interface, you have something in your back pack, have to put it in your hand, then lay it down? Right click my friend. Not clear how to do anything or what are the priorities, Graphics are amateurish. As a veteran Craft game player, This one does not make the cut for me. Now it's worth playing
Interesting game. bit short .I enjoyed it
