About
Prepare during the day. Survive the night.
Survive the Nights is a hardcore open-world survival game where preparation is everything. Scavenge, craft, fortify, and plan during the day — because when night falls, the infected hunt in numbers, and mistakes are punished.
Play solo or with friends in a brutal post-apocalyptic sandbox where survival is earned through smart decisions, strong fortifications, and cooperation under pressure.
Zombie difficulty comes from numbers, not individual strength. By day they roam slowly — by night they gather into massive hordes drawn to player activity. The longer you survive, the bigger and more dangerous the nights become.

Structures and vehicles are fully fortifiable. Cover windows and add strength to gain the advantage.

Explore the different points of interest to find valuable location-specific loot.

The weather is dynamic including all four seasons along with seasonal vegetation and foliage.

Spend your days preparing to survive the onslaught at night. Zombies are more aggressive and alert when the sun goes down.
Day Objectives: During the day, focus on resource gathering and fortification. Fell trees, craft planks, engage in hunting and trapping. Collect loot, food, and fortify a structure. Ensure doors and containers are locked, fuel generators, and prepare power systems. Keep your health up by lighting fires, crafting bandages, and gearing up for the night.
Night Objectives: At night, prioritize safety and stealth. Team up with friends in a secured structure, favor melee over firearms to stay quiet. Activate generators, power up structures, set traps, and cook meals indoors on wood stoves. The key is to survive until morning.
The mental health system discourages the "Kill On Sight" mentality, promoting alliances for better survival against the zombie threat. While PVP is still a factor, players have ways to correct a negative mental state.
Survival and zombies how you like them! Browse hundreds of scenarios that set the scene for your perfect survival experience. Zombie survival just how you want it.

Powering a structure can provide light to make nighttime activities easier. Some structures also require electricity to power interior and exterior doors.

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,419 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Not too complicated but satisfying.
It is a really fun game but content is low sometimes and the vehicles are the main turn off here and there. You have to reopen the lobby to fix cars jumping around and spazzing and falling through the earth sometimes the vehicles don't drive at all or when you put a tire on it it doesn't act like it has a tire. They are super buggy its a peer to peer issue the connection is good but from person to person there is always a big difference. When you drive and or ride with a passenger it gets super laggy and zombies just spawn right in front of your car as your driving out of nowhere making you plow them and wreck your car or the trucks have very little customization you can do to the vehicles other than a plow a lightbar or a bull bar. Would be nice to have more options like putting a headache rack on or heavy duty bumpers or changing the pickups box out for a enclosed van look or a flatbed. Also make the items stackable in the vehicles when placed in the boxes instead of you having them side by side. The generators pull cord glitched multiple times making it unattachable. There is very little to do after a while once you get good weapons its just kinda dry. Had fun but it gets dry. It's mainly the peer to peer connection and the vehicles that turn you off from the game it was actually better before the 1.0 release its even worse now. I played back in 2025 and it wasn't bad the vehicles sure as hell weren't as bad I have zero clue what went wrong in that department. The mod kinda fixes them but honestly made them more glitchy and finicky. 6/10 game at the time.
great
feels very nice I love the far FOV and how weapons automatically aim down holster when in active rifle and weapons look thin and long feels and looks very nice love the slugging slow movement gameplay and crispy unity feels of the game well done dev definately keeping this game
We've played a number of survival games (7 Days, Vein, The Forest, Ark, etc.), and while this one has potential, it feels very two-dimensional. There doesn't seem to be much life to the game. The combat system is pretty decent, but the survival system doesn't make sense. I got the stat "you don't feel well" and there was no information on how to get rid of it. I hadn't even made contact with a zombie yet - I got it from something I ate. And, there was no way to get info about it. If there was, it certainly wasn't intuitive. We're planning on revisiting this game in a few months, because it does have potential. However, we'll go back to our other games for now for no other reason than this one lacks the depth to keep us playing. ETA: We did only pay $7 for each of our copies, and I'm glad we didn't pay more than that.
It looks fun but the game needs lots of work unfortunately me and my partner struggled to get into a game together then we quite the game within 10 mins of playing it
good game :D
