Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED - besides taking a lot of time and requiring special (corner-) camping tactics to bypass the random horde events and the long-time penalties from being injured, it is a fantastic and applicable, real-time zombie camp survival game. The other rare flaws include the stiff gunplay especially when shooting by the obstacles and the helpless AI that generally cannot fend for itself unless grouped together with other characters (applies both to NPCs and your Survivalist NPCs). Taking advantage of the dumb AI is how you take out practically anyone with a little corner-camping with a shotgun. The thing with the gunplay and even kicking and punching is that enemies flinch and even get knocked down based on a random chance when attacked. That disabling mechanic makes it possible for you to solo things when needed. The zombie equivalent is "sidestepping" to make them harmlessly dive past you and shooting them in the leg to knock them down or make them harmlessly slow. The game runs great on a potato. It runs pretty smoothly even on a potato and seems to take only about 300 MB of RAM even though it has 3D characters, physics and everything. It is astounding how well it runs considering how decent it looks. The building system allows you to build perimeter defenses and participate in interesting building quests, though it is a bit too slow to be done casually. The basic survival necessities are infinite water from any well and the farmed corn that you can leave your spare Survivalists to take care of. The biggest focus in this zombie apocalypse "Harvest Moon" is doing missions for other people so that the relations improve (or you get to threaten them) so that you can secure more Insulin (either merchants, mission rewards or pharmacies to raid) for your plot-relevant type-1 diabetic Survivalist. There are plenty of character lore and backstories to everyone except for some looters that the game pretty much wants you to eliminate the leaders of one way or the other. This lore often involves dark fantasy situations and you having to kill people so that you can keep getting more insulin. You can gamify the relation system because it is character-based instead of faction-based. That means you can have your main character gain all the good karma from quest completion and have the allies do all the awful stuff such as murder and threatening people into doing your bidding. You can save-scum freely to avoid the curve balls the game throws at you such as making the old guy die of heart attack from you showing her daughters photo to him. This is one of those zombie games where the game gives you plenty of pistol ammo to dispose zombies with. This game features the survivor turn undead mechanic. That means the NPCs killed by zombies will eventually rise and come back to any characters it comes across. You can take advantage of it by luring zombies to the NPCs you want to get rid of. You can also lure looters for a similar effect or lure looters to zombies to have them take one other out. The sandbox interactions with the zombies, the looters and the NPC are somewhat fun. The biggest caveat in this game is that it does not respect your time and doing anything takes a lot of your time. That is mostly because of the poor ally AI forcing you to personally do and supervise everything to have a decent chance of success. There is also the multiplayer co-op to offset the lacking ally AI, though it is doubtful that they will want to stick around for dozens of hours for this game. It is relatively fun and easy to play, so it is possible. Just do not expect to finish the game in one go. Of course you can get it from a discount, though it is worth the full price. It has a lot of basic content to it that makes it worth it.

Can be frustrating at times (remember to save, save, save. leave it for a while and you'll wish you'd remembered), but addictive. A grinder that you can pick up anytime, but beware, 10 minutes can become a couple of hours very easily.
