About
You play an apprentice of the solver's guild. Solvers are the most important people in this world because puzzle storms are rising all over the place, making people's lives harder. You're challenged with graduating your solver's exam by saving the princess from the nearby castle.
Supraworld is a First-Person-Puzzle-Metroidvania. The interconnected world will expand the more upgrades and abilities you find.
The world is filled to the brim with secret areas for you to find. Instead of invisible walls blocking you everywhere, the geometry you see is exactly what you get and what you can use for your traversal.
There is pretty much no useless decoration in the game. Everything you see is there for a specific reason; and it's not to clutter up your monitor with useless details.
A new addition to the franchise are detective cases. In those you're freely deducing who commited one of five murders and you're free to lock up whoever you think is the culprit.
Most of the time is spent exploring, solving puzzles and doing detective work. Combat is a relatively small part of the game and is sometimes also puzzle heavy.
Supraworld trusts you to be clever and is not holding your hand. Therefore the target audience are experienced players who are tired of the same old generic adventure games and are longing for something that challenges and surprises them in new ways

TLDR: i recommend it cause its as fun as the previous games but you cant finish it yet which might be a minus for completionists. it is (for me at least) way harder in its puzzles than supraland and six inches under. solutions are creative and fun but some are real head scratchers that do end up feeling very satisfying if you manage to find it on your own. while almost all nooks and crannies offer secrets for you to find, i do think the rewards/ upgrades don't feel as significant in comparison to previous games. most commonly you will get money, toothpick damage or dash damage so there is not that much variety so lots of times it feels underwhelming and like placeholders (again it could change in the future). graphically its a very beautiful game with awesome lighting, models and texture work so huge step up. i just spent 3k on a new pc so i suppose its no surprise it runs well for me however i got no clue about lower end. if you enjoyed supraland and six inches under, its 100% worth to play but i would recommend waiting a bit until you can play the game front to back. I'm about what feels like 30% through the game (that's what i assume) and i just hit the early access wall (got green and blue lamps) at 12.8 hours playtime. still got some smaller puzzles left in almost every area tho so you will be busy if you play it right now. read on twitter that the full release could hit in late 2027 or early 2028 so keep your eyes peeled. I'm excited to see future updates on this game.
This is a linear early access game. Some puzzles are just not yet implemented. I think I will wait for the full version before continuing. There is a game right now, but the full experience might be better.
supra game ;)
I highly recommend it: Rarely have I become so quickly enthusiastic about a game that is still in Early Access at the time of this review. The following lines aim to show—without spoilers—why this game deserves much more attention and why the Early Access price is at least fair for the current amount of content, if not too low. Since I bought it, two new areas have been added: the Green Path and the Blue Path. Both areas are packed with puzzles and hidden spots to explore and solve. A wonderful aspect here is that previous updates are taken into account; new features are integrated into those earlier areas via new puzzles. There is so much attention to detail from the developer, and you can see it in almost every corner and on every surface. The game is absolutely brimming with references to other games, hardware, movies, TV series, and internet memes. I love it!!! I can't wait for the next update so the journey can continue. I haven't found all the secrets yet, but that gives me something to do until the next update arrives. Speaking of secrets: the puzzles are beautifully designed. They offer great variety and build upon one another—something not many puzzle games manage to do. Here, too, you can see the attention to detail and the extensive testing. The developer found a very charming way to point out when players are taking a path that wasn't intended. You are indirectly watched by two police officers whose job is to monitor and uphold the integrity of the puzzles. If you "misbehave," you get a "glitch ticket." Of course, this doesn't affect the gameplay experience, but it signals that while you found a way to solve the puzzle, it wasn't the intended method. For my part, I’ve already received one such ticket xD. A quick question for the developer: would you like us to report these kinds of "glitches," or are they already being tracked? I’d be happy to make a video of the "glitch" for you, if needed. To sum things up: if you enjoy games featuring puzzles, platforming, humor, and creativity, then definitely pick this one up. You’re getting a wonderful game—at a bargain price—that is constantly evolving and is already a blast to play. I’m looking forward to the full version. Starting with the next update, I’ll also be recording gameplay for YouTube. P.S. Speaking of YouTube: if you’d like a quick, spoiler-free look behind the scenes at the game's programming challenges, I managed to track down the developer's YouTube channel ;) https://www.youtube.com/@DavidM1337 One final note: don't spoil the puzzles for yourselves by watching YouTube videos—whether mine or anyone else's. Try to discover the solutions on your own if possible; some puzzles even have more than one solution =)
I love all the supra games and i love this one. it doesnt focus on a story much and the main focus is the puzzles, and there is A LOT of them. I actually struggled a lot on most of the puzzles and they take a lot of brain power. i suggest using a walkthrough. I really recommend this game if you like working hard on games. I NEED an update though
The game is harder than Supraland and more exploration heavy this time around, so it can be quite frustrating when you simply don't have the toolkit necessary and there's no clear way forward aside from searching every nook and cranny of the entire zone. Sometimes the solution to a puzzle on one side of the map is some cryptic knowledge hidden away in a secret chamber on the other side of the map. At times there are just so many things to do in one area that there's no real indication of how any of it fits together until you've rammed your head into every wall imaginable. There's a significantly limited toolkit this time around, but the few weapons you get have had significantly more thought put into them in turns of the sheer variety of ways you can use them to stick together a clever solution to a problem. So even if the demanding, nose to the ground exploration can be annoying, those eureka moments make it more than worthwhile. I would definitely recommend it, though I don't think it's as good as the original.
Love it so far but you really need to play it consistently otherwise you'll forget a lot of the smaller puzzles hidden throughout the world. I'm just going to wait for them to finish it before playing it again but I still had a lot of fun and my brain got a nice workout on a few of the puzzles.
