Super High Ball: Pinball Platformer

Did not care for it... you have to freeze the ball all the time, something like braking a car. Seems way too difficult way too early. Controls didn't feel right.

I found this game kinda randomly and I really like it! The gameplay is fun and challenging. Generally, I was able to beat every level I've played eventually but some of the bonus goals (like beating it in X minutes or with less than Y deaths) were quite hard sometimes. If you enjoy a challenge I definitely recomend this game!

Do you like pinball? What about precision platformers? It doesn't matter, because Super High Ball combines the two into a completely new genre that's simply a thing of beauty. Contending with both the challenge of launching your ball at just the right angle and stopping it at just the right time, you're in for a deviously good time with Super High Ball. The dev definitely didn't spare the polish on this one, because the whole thing is absolutely mesmerizing both visually and musically. Smooth controls and tough-but-fair levels make this a hell of a ride, from start to finish. Do yourself a favor and buy yourself a copy! You won't be sorry.

Its a fun game. Beginning is easy and i tried to improve time and "death count". Later at the higher levels its just about to master the levels. Game runs very well on physical pincabs, as the latest update had a special option to bind your own keys to navigation buttons. Now its possible to play and navigate just with pinballcab typical buttons. I think pincabs as hardware is a very special case. the game is intend to play on a regular screen with a regular gamepad.

I had a pretty fun time with this game. Took me ~1.5 hours to beat the main campaign but there's more to do if you desire with the B side stuff or the various per level challenges. It got a bit too frustrating for me on the extra levels so I put it down after the main campaign.

If you want a more "traditional" pinball game, Super High Ball may not be for you. If you want to learn a level to the point where you can pass it flawlessly then you should definitely buy this title. This title is definitely pinball-related, and is well-produced. It is brutal and you will die. Lots. And that might be frustrating for some folks (I fall into this category, unfortunately). You are rewarded for perfection in this game, and there is a real sense of satisfaction when you do it. I think I just look for a more short-term reward fix than what I need to invest in this title.
