When I first saw the Steam entry for this game, while on my phone at work, I thought the game looked nice and might even be fun, based on what I saw then. My friend said he thought the graphics looked nice. Well, he didn't get as good of a look at it as I had, after I got home and installed it. The character you pick is just a character model that the game says is cosmetic only. No customization to be had except the name you give your character. I picked a female character and ended up with the big, bulky armor that one of the male characters had on. She looked like her armor was crudely made of cardboard, and the cape itself was near motionless, while the character moved around. Once I got a melee weapon, I tested it out with some button mashing. It seemed the attacks had a slight cooldown between slashes, as you couldn't exactly "combo" your slashes together, so mashing wasn't an option. The attack frequency seems better suited to auto-combat like what you'd find in games like Everquest, where you just turn auto-attack on, with a key hit, and just stand there, hoping you'll outdps whatever you're fighting, outside of whatever skills or spells you'd cast here and there. After doing abit of the tutorial, I approached an NPC lady, who was sweeping her yard with her broom. When I got close enough to interact with her, I rotated the camera to check out the area abit, and all of a sudden, I was in some wierd area that looked like an "out-of-bounds" behind some wall, be it rocks/mountainside or a house, etc.. As soon as I saw this, I tried to find a way out, but quickly lost my patience. That's ABOUT as much of a chance as I felt I could give this game, in its present state. I uninstalled it, clicked the "not interested" button, and only came back to write this review. I love ARPGs with loot and online multiplayer, and have played some terrible ones in my time. My worst local multiplayer ARPG is probably DUngeon Siege 3 for how the pacing is SUPER bad between adventuring and inventory mangement. My friends and I spent more time discussing what items we should keep or sell from our SHARED inventory screen, and what we could buy from our SHARED money pool, etc.. The game lost all of us on that premise alone, while I actually didn't mind playing through the single-player experience, which was semi-decent. This game, however, is just not polished enough for me to just bite my lip and TRY to like it. I hope the developer(s) can make something wonderful from this one day, but for now, I'd pass on it.

So far I like the game, the graphics/environment is great looking. The UI is great very simple and clean. The controls are terrible and if they fixed that it'd be awesome! So far I've completed the starting area but it was very frustrating figuring out all the controls and how to change them, if they just implemented a simple hit ESC key and navigate with your mouse cursor it'd be great but it's very annoying but I gave it some time! Also as a game design student myself I loved the fact it was made in Unity! <3 You can check out my starting area gameplay here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UerJTwKIv1s&t=9s
I do really have to say well done. Needs some polishing but other than that my god I am happy. This is the second ever game from Unity that I have seen that is done this good. You guys are amazing and please dont "leave" the game as I want to see DLCs and stuff. I am only at the start and am already about 1 hour in the game. I livestreamed it all and will livestream it a lot more over on Caffeine.tv/Yuppy Amazing Job
very weak animations and especially terrible game controls
To jest jakaś pomyłka, ta gra wyszła o 10 lat za późno. Nie da sie w to grać Szczerze odradzam, szkoda czasu.
I can't spot interactive objects, I can't save, I can't turn off the music separately, I don't have time to fully read the tutorial boxes, I can't like the GUI, I can't immerse myself in the broken English, I can't touch water. It's got loading screens, an invasive hud, juvenile quests, pacman-like lines of collectible tokens everywhere, and so on. It's not as bad as I possibly make it sound, and worth a try as you might like it more than I do. The main reason for me to give up quickly is that it unsettles my stomach with its camera changes, motion blurs and whatnot. It all could be improved, but it needs a drastic upgrade of the options menu.
i really wanted to like this game. Seriously. I waited for the release because it had some promise. But i cant give it approval. Controls are counter intuitive. Graphics are horrible, think Nintendo 64. Gameplay is sometimes fun but the classes are copy paste. It really doesnt matter which one you choose so playing with friends makes it so all of you are the same. If you have a potato pc then i guess if you want to scratch an arpg itch then this game is for you. Otherwise........hard pass
I´ve just started but it looks really beautiful and works fine for me. Give it a try!
I think its one I will keep an eye on. Curious title and possible cool game.. Had to turn screen speed all the way down and invert the way I like to have the use of mouse and kb, (has keybind alternates to imput) which I also prefer over controller. Although I still had to use the controller to navigate menus. Visually not bad, if blur is kept down. played very little so far, you start in a small town or village. I beat up a scarecrow and swung my sword around a bit and returned some pigs to their pen, a mini map would be nice to have, or a map at all, maybe I missed it, kinda ADD here. Mechanics worked all great anyways. Its not full open world, but extends thru instanced maps. Has Singleplayer and multi, but not sure if that meants just hub co-op, which is being wrongly called mmo these days. All in all, the price is right, and may appeal to those looking for something familiar yet strange.
