Fantastic music themed puzzle game. Especially fun if you have an ear for music and notation as it's essentially a sound puzzle, however there are visual aids too for the less musically inclined ears. Fun all around, definitely worth getting if you like puzzles and music and you may also learn a thing or two about the theory of notation and chords. Lots of fun for all. I definitely recommend
"String Theory" is not a mathematical model/physics idea that describes the beginning of the universe, but it could be instead, the game you play until the end of time.
Pretty fun, music game for basic ear training. Give it a whirl!
It's ok. Same song over and over which sucks.
It's very educational.
I wouldn't say this is worth 9 dollars.
For £6 this game is very worthwhile, for me. I do hope the dev continues to develop this game. In its current form, it is probably best suited to those who've just started on the musical path in some form. I found the first few tiers (basic major and minor chords) very easy, but it helped to reinforce my shaky knowledge of chord structure. For me, things got much more challenging when it started introducing seven strings, with 7th chord inversions. With 8 strings, I found it tedious when you get most of the tier correct but then have to restart the tier because of one mistake. Still, it seems a good-value ear training program, suited to budding musicians.
Nice game! I like it, improves your pitch! However! The achievements are waaay too slow. I wanna use the violin as the instrument when i touch the strings and i dont even know if its included yet. Difficulty is too high. Otherwise good.
