Stray Girl has an intriguing premise that hooked me from the start. I really wanted to like it, but it fails to deliver when it comes to writing the titular Stray Girl. Both the Stray Girl and the main character keep hopping back and forth on what their character is like, which makes it impossible to nail down what kind of person either of them is. The most egregious example of this is how the Stray Girl keeps flipping back and forth between "Why would you ever throw anything in the garbage? Just recycle it!" and "Why would you ever reuse anything? Just throw it out and buy a new one!" The character work is so bad I really can't recommend buying this AVN. Also, the cat is cute and is not present in anywhere near enough scenes.
STRAY GIRL introduces itself with a quietly intimate premise that immediately sets it apart from many other adult visual novels. You play as a lone tinkerer and tech-repair enthusiast who stumbles across a damaged android girl—malfunctioning, memory-fragmented, and seemingly discarded by whoever once owned her. Instead of reporting her or salvaging her for parts, you choose to restore her, and from that decision unfolds a story centered on rebuilding identity, uncovering hidden pasts, and navigating the uneasy bond between creator, caretaker, and companion. The premise mixes futuristic melancholy with interpersonal tension, creating an atmosphere where affection, curiosity, and unease blend together. Even from the opening chapters, the game establishes that its story is not simply about eroticism; it’s about how someone struggles to rediscover herself through the help of another, and how that connection leads to unexpected revelations. The central structure of the game revolves around narrative progression punctuated by choice-driven interactions and a “training” or “learning” system that develops the android’s personality, skills, and memories. These moments give the player a certain sense of responsibility, as each decision influences how she interprets the world and how her reconstructed identity takes shape. While the systems are not deeply complex, they add a welcome layer of engagement that elevates the experience beyond passive reading. Through these interactions, you gradually uncover the secrets behind her creation, the circumstances leading to her abandonment, and her fragmented recollections of a life she barely understands. This process enriches the pacing of the narrative, allowing emotional growth and mystery to unfold side-by-side rather than competing for attention. Artistically, STRAY GIRL places emphasis on strong character artwork and evocative scene composition. The developers lean on detailed illustrations, expressive facial shifts, and atmospheric lighting to make even quiet dialogue moments feel emotionally loaded. The aesthetic blends clean sci-fi environments with softer, more personal visuals that underline the vulnerable state of the android protagonist. The soundtrack takes a supporting role, providing gentle electronic tones or subdued melodies that never intrude on the story but help maintain a consistent mood. Together, the presentation makes the experience feel cohesive and polished despite its indie scale. It’s clear the developers focused on mood-building rather than technical spectacle, and for a story-driven game of this style, that choice works in its favor. Narratively, the game balances romance, mystery, and themes of self-discovery without straying too far into melodrama. The writing explores questions of autonomy, artificial personhood, and the morality of shaping someone’s personality through guided training, even if those reflections remain more emotional than philosophical. As the android grows more capable and more aware, her evolving relationship with the protagonist takes center stage, shifting from dependency to understanding and eventually leading to a more complex, layered bond. The adult scenes are woven into the narrative rather than treated as standalone content, emphasizing emotional progression and intimacy. While the story may not break new ground for the genre, it presents its themes earnestly and keeps the focus tightly on character connection. Overall, STRAY GIRL succeeds as a compact but emotionally resonant adult visual novel that emphasizes mood, character development, and the slow process of rebuilding a fragmented identity. It doesn’t aim for vast branching paths or intricate gameplay systems, but instead offers a carefully paced experience built around atmosphere and emotional engagement. For players who enjoy visual novels centered on android-human relationships, themes of restoration and rediscovery, and a blend of mature content with sincere storytelling, this game delivers a satisfying and coherent journey. Those seeking more mechanical depth or grand narrative complexity may find it modest in scope, but within its intended framework, it stands as a polished and thoughtful entry in the adult sci-fi visual novel space. Rating: 7/10
Garbage
the fun scenes are ok, what you see in the pictures is kinda it except a moving gif. completed in a short amount of time. It was meh for me. Definitely not recommended at retail price but if its heavily discounted I can recommend

Efectos (VFX)6Correctos: acompañan, no deslumbran.

What the hell is wrong with me...
