I'm really enjoying this game as a fan of other Story of Seasons and Harvest Moon games, it's a cozy farming game with fishing and mining and relationship building with the townsfolk.

Having grown up with Tree of Tranquility and Animal Parade, I'm a bit of a Harvest Moon/Story of Seasons novice. That being said, this game scratches that itch pretty well. If you don't mind the more simplistic nature of a game with no real "ending," then I think this is a perfectly good game to dive into. The writing is charming, the character designs are pleasant and the farming is satisfying. My gripes with this game are that the clock moves a touch too fast and that the animal care portion is a bit shallow (animals neither grow old nor get sick without proper care.) Overall though, a solid farming sim to play!
If you are a fan of Harvest Moon Games back in the day, you should grab one! I could say, it was a big upgrade from the original.
