You're forced to do 90% of the content. I Didn't want to do most of the contnet. I wanted the choice to do certain story arcs. While the assets are good quality and the dialoge is mid to good. It's not a real sandbox. No real choice. I hate 75% of the characters. As a sandbox It's not fun.

Steps of Debauchery is a genuinely great AVN with a lot of potential. I really enjoy that it’s a free‑roaming style AVN. Not one where you directly control the character, but one where you move between rooms, click on objects, and explore at your own pace. That format works really well here. My main dislikes: * The adult content is mostly limited to oral scenes, with only a few full scenes available at the moment. * The AVN is not finished, and right when the story starts getting exciting, it suddenly stops. That was a big letdown for me. * Once you reach the current end of the story, there are no adult interactions left. You can only talk to characters. But this makes grinding the last achievements frustrating because there’s nothing new to see or any H-sense you can re-visit. The good parts: The story is solid, with the typical depth you expect from this genre. As you progress, more layers open up and the world becomes more interesting. I recommend making saves before major choices, because later the game shows which choices you made. There are two paths, unfortunately you can’t select the opposite path if you already committed to a list of chooses. Right now, the main game has around 3–4 full H-scenes, and the rest are oral scenes. The DLC adds a few more, but overall the content is still limited at the time of this review. I still have one achievement left that refuses to unlock even after trying both paths. Hopefully it gets fixed soon, or maybe it will unlock when the final update releases. Overall: A very good AVN with strong potential. I wish the dev team all the best and I’m looking forward to future updates- Especially hoping for more full H-scenes and not just oral content in the upcoming releases.
