STATIC: Investigator Training

Excellent. I bought this game direct from the company when it came out and enjoyed it then, but I remember thinking it was far too short. 11 years on and I've bought it again and this time time has changed my opinion. So many games over the past 10 years have been very short and I have gotten used to them, so this one now feels normal length. The game itself is very enjoyable with the most amazingly awesome actress, Laura Frachette. What an inspired choice of actress they made, all those years ago. You control her as she does her treadmill walk around the house and gardens to discover the mystery, hunt out the ghosts and prove herself worthy of a job. I see a reference to Gameboomers this time, which I missed before. A great title and thanks for putting it on steam.

This is a low-budget indie game, so put your expectations on graphics and FMV fidelity in check, but I found its rough edges to be quirky and fun. It's a unique experience which can be completed in a couple of hours. Essentially, you walk around a haunted house, click on things, do a small amount of inventory usage, and watch a few short video clips. The characters are FMV, and are perhaps the devs/friends of the devs? I enjoyed this game a lot, and would recommend it to anyone who enjoys "small" independent games and adventure point-and-click games.

Amazing point and click game for $1.59 bucks!! Probably the best game ive spent 1.59 on, I love short little games like this. What a find!

plays like some sort of terrible high school project, but honestly the bad dialogue is actually kind of endearing and for some reason the "theme song" actually goes kinda hard?? lol

Best game ever I would buy it 1 million times if i could, this game has changed my entire life and I will never be the same. When my husbando Roberto was close to leaving me I showed him this work of art and he not only decided to stay with me but now I'm expecting my first of many children soon (i am a male). Thank you so much for this wonderful opportunity for me to change my life for the better. Furthermore, I would love to help with developing a new sequel to this FABULOUS work of ART. First overall i must say that this team realy put much work on it and this game realy has atmosphere. It's realy sad that this game is finished after 45min (without tips and walktroughs), i realy hope for a sequel. @Devs: If you make a sequel, please try to us another font that can be read better.

When I bought the game I read some reviews before saying that it's seems unfinished and I agree. It feels like they wanted to do more, but at some point they decided to wrap-up the game with what they had. Even like that I still enjoyed because it was very cheap and what is there is cool. The game also introduced me to a new band (Blind Faith and Envy), so that's a plus.

Short but interesting game about "ghost hunting",the aim is to search for evidence using (your selection of three) "typical" paranormal investigation tools: a camera, camcorder, thermometer, voice recorder, pendulum, and an EMF (electro magnetic field) detector. This is a point and click adventure that utilises, full motion video scenes throughout the game. The story was interesting but could have been fleshed out a bit more, the ghost video and audio recording were very good and will prove interesting for those interested in paranormal investigation. A bit buggy, the game crashed for me several times during FMV sequences.

It´s a graphic adventure with a few FMV scenes but mostly cut out and animated actors. Everything has a self made charme and the game tells the story pretty good. The trailer here 100 % represents the game quality. If you think thats okay, give it a try. If you hestitate, wait for a sale. Ten the game is mostly sold for around 2 Bucks.
