Stardust Skate

This is one of the best worst games I've ever played. Let me explain. I adore the presentation buzzing with charm and creativity, the overall retro polished look and feel, aswell as the robust gameplay. It's like a Subway Surfers type of game, where your goal is to collect as many stars as you can. With these collected stars, you can spend them to collect some new cool boards - if you're lucky! You see, the developers opted for a gacha mechanic - collect enough stars to draw a pull. If you're lucky, you get a new board. Collect all boards from a certain type, you unlock game modifiers and cool cheats. If you're unlucky, you're basically opening dud items that have zero impact on the overall game and do nothing for you. Breast mousepads, buttplugs, shoes, genie lamps... you name it. Yes, you may get a chuckle here and there, but it gets pretty old fast and it can be infuriating if all you want to do is to do a quick little run and draw a new board. But hey, there are enough cool boards to collect and the overall gameplay and presentation saves this game from being a waste of time. The characters are pretty cool, beautiful looking, they have funny witty voice lines and each one has their own special ability. The level designs are good looking and the obstacles have also their own funny charm. For the price, you can get a MUCH MUCH WORSE experience on Steam at least and for the tiny price of this game, you really can't go wrong if you look for a quick and fun gameplay experience. Recommended!

[h1] 10/10 [/h1] This is the most fun I've ever had with an endless runner. The boost mechanic absolutely makes the game for me. The style is really cool and I even found the cheat system to be interesting and fun. It's a great game for when I want to play something, but don't have enough time to commit to anything too big.
