Esse jogo foi abandonado pelo desenvolvedor, tem problemas graves e nunca foi finalizado. MAS Ele cedeu o código do jogo para uma equipe de modders que continuam trabalhando no jogo até hoje, arrumando bugs, completando o jogo, adicionando conteúdo e até reescreveram o jogo INTEIRO pra rodar em 64bits eliminando os problemas de performance de vez. Hoje é um dos melhores jogos do gênero, e uma jóia não reconhecida, SE jogar com os mods Blackbox+Combined Arms. This game is abandonware. While the bones of it are good the performance especially towards the late game is borderline unplayable, instead of fixing what could have been great, the developer ditched it for a sequel, which was also ditched instead of fixed. Do not get it, it is only really playable with mods, there are other 4xs out there more worth your money.

The base game itself was abandoned by dev and also lots of bugs and crashes. Then came the team doing the Blackbox mod and they did an amazing job to take the game further....BUT.... They made the game impossible to play because even on NORMAL difficulty its like playing a very hard level. The AI clearly cheats and just steam rolls you. You cannot stand against 1 AI nevermind 2 or more. I have no idea why they decided to take the fun out of the game and make it soooo hard that its impossible to play. You cannot win. Its a pity they did this, because the Blackbox mod is amazing to fix the game and expand on the game. No cannot recommend at the moment when Normal level is like very hard level.
Promising Game, the game was abandoned asap one of the quickest I've ever seen, The maker wanting to make more money on an immediate sequel., instead of fixing and doing improvements even no DLCs?. Been a while while I played it, but I assume you can use community based mods to fix bugs and expand upon it. I'm tempted to give it another try. I'd only buy when it's under 10 or lower, do not buy at full price.
This game was a money grab. The developer released it then never really updated it. The end game CHUG and HOGS CPU, you'll get down to 2 FPS for the final crisis every time. Instead of investing time to fix the technical problems they released StarDrive 2. If you buy this game, you're scamming yourself after reading this.
Broken and abandoned, do not buy this, and especially do not buy the sequel.
A shame the game was abandoned after receiving money from so many players. Guess we know which developer to avoid in the future.
Get the game on sale and play it with the black box and combined arms mods. Never play the base game like almost everything I've tried from Iceberg Interactive it is an unfinished buggy mess. There are youtube vids on how to install the mods and play the game.
Black Box and Combined Arms mods are a must. Fun game that I keep coming back to for another session.
