Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.14/day in the week to Sep 12 → 0.17/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

A simple and fun Star Wars shooter. Graphics have not aged well at all. Maps are overall fun to navigate but some are annoying. Enemies do a bit too much damage while they slightly tank damage. Lightsaber and force powers cool were cool to see especially for the time but they feel janky. Story is alright and cutscenes are kind of cheesy. I only would not recommend it here on steam just because of the technical issues but its an okay game i guess.

I like this game and will ultimately recommended it for those who enjoy star wars and classic arena shooters but geez this is in desperate need of a Nightdive remaster, out of the box you will have sorta wrangle with the settings in order for this to play right. a fresh install these days will net you the following issues - Broken color pallet - Your first person animations will be way faster then what it should - Hud doesnt scale with your resolution - Higher resolutions will break your mouse controls as it will jerk your camera either upwards or downwards - Pause menu or worse the results screen will become black for some reason witch forces you to shut the game down completely if it doesnt sort itself out playing this otherwise great game i cant help but feel i'm driving a car with a missing wheel and a broken engine so it puffs smoke when you use it, game is inexpensive on a sale or otherwise so if your prepared to find ways to fix those issues for yourself then yeah go for it
Modern PCs, this game fears. Glitchy, the textures are. Squashed and crunched, the screen becomes. Work properly, only the sounds, music, and menus do!!! Into a virtual machine, put the game I did. For a few minutes, alive it was… then BLUE SCREENED, it did. Ancient computer, tried I also. Play the game, the fossil machine would not. Kick me out nonstop, it does. A game this cursed, seen I have not since the Clone Wars.
Dark Forces II is an old-school first-person shooter with both combat and levels that remind me of the original DOOM games. Of course, this is all in a Star Wars setting complete with aliens, lightsabers and force powers. Overall, this is a definite recommend for Star Wars fans who enjoy or would like to experience an older style of shooter gameplay. The level design, as other reviews mention is quite vertical, which, along with the fact that the levels themselves are quite sprawling, makes them enjoyable to traverse. They also have secrets, I myself mostly focused on exploring just enough to keep the level moving, so I missed a bunch of them, but the ones I did find were fun to find. Traversal across the levels is enhanced by force abilities such as speed and high-jump. The levels span across quite a few very different feeling locales and there are plenty of them for a satisfying campaign. Speaking about the campaign, the story is mostly told via FMV cutscenes which, while definitely a dated design choice, are quite enjoyable to watch and tell enough of a story to enhance the levels all the more. The combat is also quite varied, you get a bunch of weapons most of which are fun to use. I myself gravitated to only a few weapons and did not really use the grenades or mines all that much, however the weapons I did use were fun enough not to get too bored of them during the campaign. However, the blasters and explosives are not the only weapons, the main character also gets a lightsaber, which was difficult yet fun to use (I recommend reading up on how it works). To sum up its usage: the swing of the primary attack is determined by which direction you are moving, so, for example, if you are moving directly forwards you get a faster attack. The lightsaber also auto blocks when you are not attacking, however I only really used the block on the boss fights. As for the force abilities I mostly used the shield, heal, force jump, and speed, but there are a bunch of them (I only played the light-side story so I can only comment on those abilities). I would like to warn you that though most enemies are very fun to fight, the boss fights need a certain mindset to enjoy. They were, at least for me, just long encounters of trying to smack the boss while running around like a maniac. With some bosses it was quite an enjoyable encounter while with others it felt way too lengthy. It may be that I just misunderstood how to fight them, but all the victories kind of felt not entirely intended. Finally, this is an old game, however I did not have too many troubles playing it on Windows 10. You might need to tinker with the launch options, and at least for me the pause menu always took like 5 seconds to open, but it was definitely not a big hassle to set up. Then again I might have just gotten lucky.
Primeras impresiones

Tremendo juegazo.
