Tja, was soll man sagen? Mit Warp 9 fallen gelassen und in einem Zustand hinterlassen worden, der dem der Föderation nach dem Brand gleicht.

Abandonware. Stay away.

Gra jest co najmniej idiotyczna. Spodziewasz się produktu dobrej jakości a otrzymujesz bubel. Przede wszystkim system misji jest bardzo niekompatybilny z rozgrywką. Dostajesz misję, w której musisz użyć trzech statków wojskowych (trzech admirałów dowodzących trzema różnymi flotami), ale akurat masz limit na dwóch, więc nie jesteś w stanie wykonać misji. Toczysz wojnę z obcym imperium i ewidentnie wygrywasz, zajmując układ za układem, ale gra i tak ci powie, że przegrywasz i że jesteś zmuszony zawrzeć pokój na kiepskich dla ciebie warunkach. Na dłuższą metę nie da się w to grać. Jeszcze nie widziałem gry z takim potencjałem, której by tak bardzo nie zepsuto.

It is some sort of fraud, to sell very bad developed game (100 times less developed than Star Trek mods for Stellaris) and after that abandon its further development. Wish everything bad for the developer, hope they will close and never do games again. Most disappointing and bad game I ever bought.

And not, dev-hasn't-touched-it-in-a-couple-years abandoned, but mere months after release it's abandoned, with the last remaining features and fixes rushed out before the lights were turned off. And short as that is, it's obviously still past the refund cut off. So there goes $45. [*]It's Stellaris. Do you have Stellaris? Then you have this game. I understand there's a Star Trek mod for Stellaris that is at least as good, if not better (haven't tried it, can't confirm.) My advice would be to stick with Stellaris and get that. Because let's be perfectly clear... THIS GAME IS JUST STELLARIS. [*]The flavour is... weird. Why are the Klingons saying something about "latinum talks"? There's just these in-universe weird-isms all over the place. In terms of content, it feels like there's a lot of placeholder stuff that no one got around to closing the loop on. [/olist]

No real Star Trek feeling. The Stellaris setting ist not working with this.

I am now about 50 hours into the game and I really cannot concur with all the negative fuss spread in the reviews. Yes, the game is still a little bit buggy. And yes, it is unfortunate that Paradox has discontinued development of the game. And yes, why should you play Star Trek Infinite when you can also play Stellaris? However, for all the hardcore Trekkies out there, this is THE game we have been waiting for 25 years, ever since Microprose brought us BOTF (Birth of the Federation). Being a clone of Stellaris, Star Trek Infinite is a grand strategy space game beautifully embedded in the Star Trek universe. It's nothing special, but it's fun to send Jean Luc Picard and his Enterprise on missions and to see all your little Star Trek ships, that you know so well from the shows, in space combat action. The game has a very steep learning curve and a really bad tutorial, so getting into the game takes quite some patience and time. Bugs are existent, bug none of them are really game breaking. Bottom line: I would not hesitate to recommend this game to every single Trekkie that is willing to invest a lot of time to see a major power in the Star Trek universe to grow and expand. Everyone else is probably better off with the original, namely Stellaris. My verdict: for Trekkies: 9/10, for regular strategy game players: 6/10. Engage!

idk what the negative reviews are about... its exactly like Stellaris except for the Start Trek universe, and if you know Star Trek then you have a huge advantage understanding the alien relations and such
