Reviews
I had high hopes for this game, but it feels more like a bare-bones Stellaris mod at the moment. The Star Trek elements are more of a coat of paint. With more work, this game could become something great, but work appears to have stopped. I am quite disappointed in Paradox's lack of oversight as a publisher.
Star Trek Infinite will ein Stellaris "light" mit Star Trek TNG Setting sein. Klingt eigentlich erst mal gut.

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 23 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 14 places towards #1, and the 2,420 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Just appears to be a reskin of Stellaris - doesn't give Star Trek vibes at all. If this is your thing, then fine, but Stellaris does it better, so just play that instead.
[olist] [*]This game is abandoned. And not, dev-hasn't-touched-it-in-a-couple-years abandoned, but mere months after release it's abandoned, with the last remaining features and fixes rushed out before the lights were turned off. And short as that is, it's obviously still past the refund cut off. So there goes $45. [*]It's Stellaris. Do you have Stellaris? Then you have this game. I understand there's a Star Trek mod for Stellaris that is at least as good, if not better (haven't tried it, can't confirm.) My advice would be to stick with Stellaris and get that. Because let's be perfectly clear... THIS GAME IS JUST STELLARIS. [*]The flavour is... weird. Why are the Klingons saying something about "latinum talks"? There's just these in-universe weird-isms all over the place. In terms of content, it feels like there's a lot of placeholder stuff that no one got around to closing the loop on. [/olist]
Star Trek
Abandoned game and unfinished.
Great potential but even greater failure!
Incomplete and abandoned by the developer
All you need to know is this is fairly bad, unfinished, and now abandoned. Don't buy. I had high hopes for this game, being both a Stellaris and Star Trek fan. It was the biggest letdown of 2023.
Game abandoned. Bugs still extant. A sad shadow of what Star Trek could have been.
