reliving the childhood , make sure you go 120 fps or less to play and 30 fps to fix any bug you come across
Going to write this from a nostalgia point of view: If you were a 90's kid or grew up playing the original Spyro because your older sibling or a family member had it, this compilation series is a pretty faithful imagining of those games (please note I have not played them side by side to quadruple check everything, that's not the kind of reviews I do!). So to keep this simple: If you want a taste of your childhood and you want something that's mostly relaxing*, then yeah. I'd say pick this up. It's a fun romp through low-stakes gaming and can be pretty enjoyable. *Ok, to address those of you with PTSD from "Trouble with the trolley, eh?" yeah that's still a pain sometimes but at least it isn't ps1 levels of janky. Also, Toys for Bob? I see what you did with those dragons in Spyro 1.

OG Trilogy Remastered is fire and feels the same as the OG
t's good, but I'd honestly only recommend playing this if you're one of these two: A child. A manchild (like me) who wants to replay games from the PS2 era. It's a very easy game, and you can 100% it if you're willing to take the time. Also, make sure you have a controller, since it's much better to play that way. All in all, if you know what Spyro is, you'll probably enjoy this.
MAJOR GEM ALARM
Peak game and honestly never played the PS1 version, but this one got me really into the game. I love the characters and honestly while the story of the first game is a little simple, it still has a lot of charm. There's so much to explore and the worlds are so fleshed out as well. Also dragons <3
