About
In the nation of Spud, you're the last line between fragile peace and total chaos. Each shift tests your judgment: inspect documents, expose lies, make impossible choices, and defend your checkpoint with missile systems when potatoes make a run for the border.

Across 10 story shifts and 22 decision points, you'll shape the destiny of innocent (and not-so-innocent) potatoes. Your choices ripple through the narrative, leading to 8 distinct endings. Become a loyal servant of the regime. Join the resistance. Find love in unexpected places. Or play both sides and watch it all burn.

Will you enforce cruel laws... or risk everything to save innocent spuds?
Your desk is your battlefield. Passports pile up. The queue grows restless. Check documents against the ever-changing laws, stamp your judgment, and pray you made the right call. When a potato makes a break for it, you've got missiles. Just make sure you're shooting at the guilty ones.
Between shifts, 5 minigames break up the paperwork: scan documents with UV light, sort stamps at lightning speed, match fingerprints, crack codes Wordle-style, and chase contraband down conveyor belts.
Security inspection is coming. You have 3 minutes to clear your desk. Every item tells a story: resistance pamphlets, coded messages, Sasha's letters, your loyalty certificate. What do you shred? What do you stash? Wrong choices raise suspicion. Get caught with the wrong evidence and face interrogation.

Supervisor Russet demands loyalty above all else. Sweet Potato Sasha offers a different path, if you're brave enough to take it. Murphy carries guilt about his cousin Tommy that threatens to break him. Viktor just wants to know what happened to his wife. And somewhere in the queue, an elderly traveler named Jen Piper waits to reunite with the love of her life.
Their fates are in your hands. Every stamp matters.

We sweated the details. The tension system tints your screen red as strikes pile up. Pulsing effects warn you when you're one mistake from disaster. Land a perfect stamp? Screen flash. Slowmo. Particle burst. Your officer mutters commentary as the shift unfolds.
Seven custom music tracks shift with the story's mood. The tutorial holds your hand with glowing highlights, then lets you loose on the chaos.

Full controller support with visual input glyphs. Steam Deck support. 29 languages (every language Steam supports). Quick 5-15 minute shifts that fit any schedule. Three difficulty levels from "I'm here for the story" to "destroy me."
21 Steam achievements track your journey through story milestones, character relationships, and gameplay mastery. The in-game achievement viewer shows what you've unlocked and hints at what's still waiting.

The "One Year Later" update brings the Evidence Destruction minigame, Murphy's Sacrifice storyline ("Protocol HARVEST"), Viktor's grief narrative, the Chaos Agent path for playing both sides, an in-game achievement system, tension and celebration effects, expanded language support (19 to 29 languages), an overhauled interactive tutorial, and over 150 bug fixes.

A simple but clever story game where your choices shape the fate of the Potato Nation. You're in charge of visas, rockets, and decisions that actually change what happens. It’s easy to play, doesn’t take itself too seriously, and has a surprisingly interesting story. I have to admit that hitting a potato with a rocket is harder than it looks. These guys run fast.
Full of game breaking bugs. Art is strange an highly inconsistent, probably AI generated
Honestly, at first I didn't believe the game would be so fun. There are a lot of things to keep in mind while allowing or denying visas. I like the visuals, sounds, gameplay & you can run this game on the potato a.k.a every PC. There's even a demo, so you have no excuse not to test it out now. Support indie devs!
Spud Customs offers a fun and creative experience. The customization options are quite varied, and the gameplay feels smooth. Especially the character and vehicle modifications give players a great way to express their own style. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a small but enjoyable game!
This game was a very pleasant experience that took me through a story i very much enjoyed. the mechanics were wonderful and the time i spent playing i was able to beat the game in less that 3 hours. the global leader boards were a very nice touch. the potato themed experience was making me laugh however i do think a update with more ways to check spuds may be in order.
é um jogo sobre batatas... e gostei
