I had tickets open regarding reporting bots and macros, and instead of actively going through their tickets, they just closed all of them and said gg. Their GM Dreamwaltzer said " Old bot report tickets have been removed. Sorry we couldn't get to all the tickets in time" After waiting for 2 weeks due to no trading, no auction house, no guild storage. It's an MMO with singleplayer aspects because there is nothing else happening. Downvoted because they allow cheaters.

SpiritVale feels less like an MMORPG and more like an endless beta test. Core features stay broken for weeks, fixes move at a snail's pace, and every ETA feels like a promise with no expiration date. Discord community management didn't help either. I found some moderator responses dismissive and unprofessional, which made it feel like player concerns weren't being taken seriously. If your favorite content is reading maintenance announcements and waiting for "next week's" fix, this game is for you.

the game was so addictive, I put my hours of playing. But they banned me for no reason? I'm not sure why.. They said I'm botting.. Was literally eating in front of my PC when they banned me and Its kinda sad that I cant play my character anymore that Ive put my hours in it.

**497 HOURS PLAYED — BANNED FOR BOTTING WHEN I NEVER USED A BOT** I strongly recommend staying away from this game. I played SpiritVale for **497 hours**. I spent hundreds of hours farming, grinding and building my character because I genuinely enjoyed the game. Then I was permanently banned for **“Botting.”** The problem? **I NEVER USED A BOT.** I played manually. I did not use a bot, macro, auto-clicker, or automation software. I appealed the ban because I knew I had done nothing wrong. But instead of providing convincing evidence or properly resolving the situation, my account was simply left banned and I was not given a meaningful opportunity to continue appealing the decision. This is incredibly frustrating after investing nearly **500 hours** into a game. I don't know whether the problem was the game's detection system, player reports, or the moderation process. What I do know is that **a legitimate player was accused of cheating, permanently punished, and then left with no reasonable way to resolve the situation.** A game's anti-cheat system is supposed to protect legitimate players. It should NOT become a system where legitimate players have to prove their innocence after being falsely accused. If you are thinking about buying SpiritVale, ask yourself this: **Would you be comfortable spending hundreds of hours on a game if your account could potentially be permanently banned by a detection system you cannot trust, with no meaningful way to appeal the decision?** I certainly wasn't. I loved this game enough to play it for 497 hours. That's what makes this experience even worse. I wasn't some random player who played for a few hours and got banned. I invested a huge amount of time into this game, only to have my progress taken away over an accusation that I know is false. **497 hours of legitimate gameplay. Gone.** Until SpiritVale provides a reliable detection system and a fair, transparent appeal process for players who are falsely banned, I cannot recommend this game. **Play at your own risk.**

This game should never have been released this early, it might as well still be in alpha. I'd be refunding if I was able to at this point. Def doesnt matter, spawns suck a fat load, and they've ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ gutted and destroyed any means to trade whatsoever its not even a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ mmorpg anymore its a janky ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ single player with a ♥♥♥♥ ton of npcs that can talk.
