Spirit Swap: Lofi Beats to Match-3 To

Fun and chill, as advertised

reallyyyyyy buggy (though most of the bugs can be fixed by restarting the steam deck) but fun game overall and the art is really beautiful, gameplay is good, and the story is solid.

The game is exactly what it says on the tin. If you look at the trailer, you will get the exact vibe of the game you will be playing. Match3, VN styled story, lofi music, very nice art and animations. This is a solid recommendation for it, but with some caveats. The first is that the game itself can be completed fully in about six hours, seven if you read slow. The story has no real choices other than Romance (Y/N) so there isn't really any replay ability since you can romance all characters in one go (unless you want to see the non-romance ending scenes). The final major caveat is the game has bugs. The final story scene locked up on me several times, to the point I had to hit the 'instant win' button to get through it since I kept having to replay matches and that dodged the bug. The matching can glitch out as well and feels a bit too loose, as if it doesn't want you to actually swap things too fast (even though it is a 1v1 match game for the entire story). Whether or not the 6 or so hour experience is worth the cost is up to you. It is solid for what it is.

I haven't had much of a chance to dive into the story (a time issue on my end, not a lack of interest in the plot), but endless mode is such an incredible way to relax after a long day and the art and tunes are so wonderful. 10/10 impeccable vibes. I look forward to digging into story mode once I can dedicate proper attention to it.

A beautiful and adorable puzzle game with solid mechanics and characters with vibes and charm all over. The voice actors do a superb job, as does the artists and the game designers here. It's an incredibly well-done small puzzle game. I am personally hoping that these developers get to keep doing what they're doing. I would love to see another game from them, the music and art is... <3 I play the puzzles on Chill difficulty, and it is very chill. This is a game I put in time with every once in a while, and every time I appreciate the little dose of its vibes that I get.

After a long, stressful year, this was the game I needed. It can be quite challenging if you want it to be, or it can be more of a chill, affirming experience - either way, surrounded by narrative that encourages people to slow down, to let others be there for them the way they are for others, and overall just to be ridiculously *ridiculously* queer. Also, it lets you play the end of the game as many times as you want, rather than having to redo the entire thing! 15/10, would binge again.

I loved the game; it brought back memories of Tetris Attack, one of my favorite SNES games. My only problem is that it's only in English, and it's not my native language. It's a shame because the story seemed interesting, but I have a hard time following it because of the language barrier. If you could add translations in the future (especially in Spanish :3) that would be fantastic.

I've loved what I've played so far tetris attack has one of the most addicting gameplay loops ever plus here we have cute animals and hot enby people. However, for the lasat bit I have been stuck on the initial loading screen and haven't been able to play more. I'm so sad because this means I can't keep romancing mo :( anyone know how to fix this issue?

This game is my introduction to competitive puzziers, they always intimidated me before. Turns out I love it!!!!! The story mode and characters are wonderful too.
