SPINGUN is a "manic two-button arcade shooter". Two buttons. One spaceship. Zero chance to survive.

Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0/day in the week to Aug 15 → 0/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 25 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 10 places towards #1, and the 2,413 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Reaction to SPINGUN controls after first five minutes of play: WTF?! What genius came up with this? Reaction to SPINGUN controls after first hour of play: Amazing! What genius came up with this? Fun, frustrating arcade-style shooter that grows on you the more you play it. Lots of replay in the different game modes and also in achievement hunting.
Game Jam winner sort of thing. Very minimalistic controls make the game stand out. As the description says, there are only two buttons involved in it, but it struggles to introduce the third one for the exit. It has rather good game feel being responsive, weapons are useful and varied, but some skill is required so you have to get used to controls. My biggest gripe about it is not being minimalistic enough. The ball sandbox game, tutorial and story mode look like something left better for debug mode than a game. They do not add much to it other than try to teach mechanics, which are better taught during the endless mode. Story mode gets boring quick, because you have the same weapon to use for each level. Bosses are hard because they take half the screen and navigating around it is already challenging. Worst of all was the curse mode, where random effects mess with you even more. I ended up flying around avoiding the curse and ignoring the enemies. Being kicked by one enemy often results in multiple hp loss because the ship is pinballed too fast around the screen. Content is locked behind "get the first rank on leaderboard", which I cannot approve of. It is not a game about customizing ships and lasers, that's irrelevant and bloats it. Still, there are enough hidden mechanics that serve the game right. You are encouraged to kill enemies quickly but that spawns more enemies faster. Overall the core of the game is good and if you have several hours and fingers to spare, go spin some gun.

Quick, addictive fun and definitely worth more than the asking price if the number of hours I've put in on iOS are anything to judge by. The controls do take some getting used to, but that's part of the challenge and gives the game a fresh feel.
Can get addicting once you get the hang of it.
Boring little shoot'em up.
Awesome arcade game! Its movement twist is awkwardly refreshing! You can only thrust forward while spinning/turning at the same time / with the same button. You can choose left or right with thrusting or press both to shoot without being able to navigate meanwhile. When you learned the controls is pretty much like Luftrausers but cramped into a dense one screen room, which will fill quickly with enemies so be quicker to shoot 'em down! Very recommended if you like challenging arcade games! Controller input and achievements work!
Good game to waste time
İyi.
good game
This game is very similar to David. However, unlike with David, I don't feel in control of my character, which is the worst thing that a game can do. So *do* get david, and *don't* get this.
