I actually like this game HOWEVER, I can't finish it, and that's not a skills issue. I played a few missions a few weeks ago. Maybe a third of the game? Turned it on this morning, and all of my progress was gone. Didn't think it was too big a deal since I needed a refresher on some of the controls. Then I put my steam deck in sleep mode (so the game was still running) and took a break for lunch. When I got back, the game crashed as soon as I woke up the deck. When I got the game running again, all my progress was gone again. It had been less than an hour, so I figured I'd try again. Well, I got the furthest I ever got in the game and it just crashed again as I was finishing a mission. Once again, all my progress was gone as soon as I got the game back up. I can't keep playing the same 5 or so missions over and over. So as much as I'd like to play the game, I just can't justify spending more time on it. Luckily I bought it for less than $1. There's a thread on the forum about losing saves/progress, so it's not just me. If you do want to chance it, I will say that it works right away on the steam deck. I would advise using a dock connected to a larger screen and an actual mouse, though. There's a lot of text that would probably be too small on the deck's screen. As for the mouse, I found that using the joystick was too slow, and I'm not used to the touchpads. I failed a pretty early mission before I plugged in an actual mouse.
Lubię tematykę gier w kosmosie, ale nie w takiej formie. Mimo, że mnie nie porwało to dzięki przyspieszaniu czasu udało się to ograć w ludzkim czasie ;)
Too simplistic to play against the computer. Might be more interesting in PvP, but I never ran into other people who play it to confirm this.
This game has a super good feel and esthetiic. A must for any true collector!
10 years later and it's still a fun strategy game! I wish it had more people playing it though. Big recommend.
a good game, all be it too simple
2/5
very controversial game. The funny thing is that the game has a very well-developed and understandable interface, but at the same time there is complete nonsense written there about the situation on the field, that is, for example, on the panel it says your unit, its characteristics, task, etc., etc., but it does not indicate whether he went on a mission, how it is being completed, etc. and only when the result is known, a window is displayed saying that you did everything this way or that there was a failure
This is like a fully articulated, fleshed out version of all of those RTS flash games where you capture nodes and they build up troops and then you send armies/fleets out to capture more nodes to make more armies/fleets, and so on. If you're into strategy games at all, this is well worth the dollar or two you can usually get it for on sale. You'll get a few hours of enjoyment out of merely learning all of the game's mechanics. That's worth it alone. I'll be returning to this to play out an epic 6 player skirmish some day. 7/10.
Kinda boring, not really much to this game. It reminds me of some flash strategy games you play for a couple hours and then never again.
