So bewegen wir das niedliche kleine Tierchen durch den Raum und lassen es kleine geometrische Formen fressen. Während wir unserem eigenen Körper, denen der Gegnern und den Badies, großäugige Jazzeroiden ausweichen, werden wir immer länger. Je größer die Schlange wird, desto schwieriger wird es auszuweichen. Da es sogut wie nie Mitspieler gibt können wir glücklicherweise auch gegen Bots spielen. Die Steuerung ist mehr als einfach und intuitiv. Wir haben unseren Wurm in der Hand, und „fliegen“ durch den Raum. Alle Blöcke sind gut zu erreichen, manchmal müssen wir allerdings einen Ausfallschritt machen, um auch an entferntere Blöcke zu kommen, bevor die gegnerichen Schlangen zuschlagen. Vor allem Spiele gegen die KI können sich sehr lange hinziehen, was das Problem des müden Arms noch verschlimmert. In 3d and color, colorful and VR. Space Slurpies is basically the old Nokia hit only in virtual reality, but the developers have added some details to the game. We control our Slurpie with only one controller, that is, with only one hand. Thus, we move the cute little animal around the room and make it eat small geometric shapes. As we dodge our own bodies, those of the enemies and the badies, big-eyed jazzeroids, we get longer and longer. The bigger the snake gets, the harder it becomes to dodge. A well-known principle. Added is that we can change the appearance of our Slurpie. And the multiplayer. Since there are almost never other players we can fortunately also play against bots. The controls are more than simple and intuitive. We have our worm in our hand, and "fly" through the room. All blocks are easy to reach, though sometimes we have to make a lunge to get to more distant blocks before the enemy snakes strike. There is a large selection of levels, but they basically just provide a new background. Since we only play with one arm, the arm gets tired even at a slow pace of play. Games against the AI in particular can drag on for a very long time, exacerbating the tired arm problem. The classic worm game Snake but now in VR. The game is addictive in it's own way, mechanics are very simple but still very demanding, especially if the match lasts longer. The music really helps to bring the mood and also the map design is really likeable. In short, a simple but fun arcade game. It is very suitable for parent-child games, and it is very childlike. I give it a thumb up. 6.3/10

Won key on giveaway so gave this a try. Had good fun exploring it, really liked the feel, aesthetic, sounds and music. I can imagine it really shines in multiplayer, but didn't find anyone to be matched with when I tried, I'm sure that will change though!

Space Slurpies is pretty much the classic mobile game Snake in Vr. We play with a single motion controller moving our snake around that is attached to the end of it, trying to make him eat and grow until we can’t move any more. While it is very low-poly the graphics do what they need to do with the gameplay being the core of the game here. Sadly, the game gets boring the more you are playing it. All levels are the same, only the background and the color keeps changing. But since the price is ok and a multiplayer is available, it fits...It is very suitable for parent-child games, and it is very childlike. For the single player I recommend the game to hardcore snake fans, in multiplayer with friends it can be nice for a while. 6.1/10

EDIT: With more added constantly, I wholeheartedly still recommend this gem! Space Slurpies is a fun game in a different way. The game is decently easy to play in single player and I haven't yet tried multiplayer, but the challenge in it comes from trying to get the best scores, usually by going as fast as possible. It has been compared to the snake game on old Nokia phones and perhaps so, but the game is so much more when 3D is brought in to the game. No longer can someone just easily slide in front of you and kill you as you have nowhere to go, now to kill someone by sliding in front of them must be done lightning quick! The single player experience was fun although for me quite short as I tried to finish each stage as fast as possible. Some of the map designs are great and innovative, some a bit less so and the gameplay stays the same from map to map, except for new baddies trying to hit you and the genuinely nicely done ramping difficulty of the AI Slurpies. It is hard to even notice the difficulty ramping, but you can visit an early map when you have beat the hardest one and it is noticeable. With the promises of different game modes, different modifiers and more maps, I give the game a full on recommendation. It is a fun experience which can also be easily done with people who want to try out VR for the first time! Now that I think of it, reminds me of the bullet hell minigame in Valve's Lab.

The Mechanics are good, Guiding the slurpie with your controller is cool, even though when you hit yourself you get eliminated is fine. but the best thing about this game is that it has similar Mechanics from Slither.io. (this is my personal opinion btw) This game is a must have for VR players who also play Slither.io on Crome, Firefox etc. (not only VR tho)
