Space Mercenary Shooter : Ep 2 shorter then the first one and still no real story but they did cleam most of the bugs on this one even if most of it's a copy and paste and introduce more them three wepons which make the game more enjoyable . In overall they did try and make a better game and introduce new elements and for that a thumbs up , hope they keep up the good work .

"Space Mercenary Shooter : Episode 2" is maybe or maybe not an asset flip, it's hard to tell... it's a fairly basic tech demo of a game, a bit of an attempt to make a boomer shooter of some kind (at least I hope that was the intent), but it failed as a paid product, with substantially lower quality than your average professionally developed FPS on Steam. Gameplay is what you'd expect, but it needs a lot more polish, it compares quite poorly with other FPS games, and I guess when you make any kind of game, developers should consider the competition and at least try to come close. It's largely a waste of Steam Direct money to publish a game that's worse in most or all respects than hundreds of other similar games on Steam. The graphics in this game are passable, but could be better. And while it's vital for any game to have impressive visuals (gaming is a visual medium, after all), there's more to a game than just the graphics. To be worth a gamers time, the game must match top tier visuals with top tier gameplay, and that's not happening here. It's free... now, but it wasn't before. The developer was charging $1 USD for this. Price barriers, especially on low quality products, can be a direct cause of failure. It's a nice gesture for the game to be given away for free, but it also tells us that the game wasn't good enough to succeed as a paid product. Even though this is "free", it failed to appeal to the 120 million+ gamers on Steam. SteamDB showed the game peaked at only 3 concurrent players... this is a dismal public reception. This was so bad they couldn't even give it away. Bearing in mind that free games don't add +1 to your game collector count, should you bother adding this to your library and downloading it? Not this time. This isn't worth downloading. While this won't cost you any money, you get what you pay for, and sometimes, even when the game is free, it's still not enough.

Okish free little shooter.

Basically just more of the first - a fairly generic, albeit free and decently enjoyable shooter. There are some added gameplay elements like buttons, a rifle, and explosive barrels. It's slightly shorter than the first, around 20 minutes, but still a fine enough time waster.
