About
Space Engineers is an open world sandbox game about designing, building and testing your own space machines. Construct ships, stations and planetary bases in a fully destructible environment, then explore planets and space, mine resources, survive hazards and engage in combat alone or with friends in Creative or Survival modes.
Play solo or in multiplayer, from small co-op outposts to huge community servers. Start with a simple lander, grow into a mining and industrial empire, or focus on warships and planetary fortresses – the game gives you the tools and physics, you decide what to build.
Space Engineers uses a volumetric physics engine: every block and voxel has mass, inertia and damage. Ships break apart, stations crumble and terrain can be drilled, carved and reshaped, so your engineering choices really matter.
Space Engineers is grounded in real engineering and hard science fiction, driven by realism and plausible near-future technology. Think modern space programs extrapolated into the future: realistic ships, stations, tools and systems where everything is built and simulated block by block. It’s about the machinery you build, not about magic or scripted set-pieces.

Best game ever with friends
simple, creativo y destructivo igual perfecto
gud game
Best space game
To my black gaming brothers and sisters especially. I have escaped the matrix and so I am gaming's toughest critic. I played starfield, x4, no mans sky and checked out empyrion and damn near every other space game available now by far space engineers is the absolute best one. Every penny you spend on this game is worth it. It has a very steep learning curve but if you buy this space game you actually don't need another one.
The game is very fun i am about 4-5days in and i played A LOT of this game, i would recommand this game to anyone that likes No Mans Sky (esspecialy ship building part) and maybe star citizen (salvaging, mineing, combat parts) -use ProtonGE without it huge performance problems
Like Minecraft, Rust, and No Man's Sky had a kid a in engineering major kid in space 11/10.
If your considering getting this game, do it You will never find a more versitile game in my mind You want to make three bajillion stations, ships, and bases across a actually accurate solar system, do it want just a single base with station in orbit, go for it want to buy and get all supplies from trade stations, it can be done Want to go to the center of the earth and make a underground base, knock yourself out want to just dig a pit in the ground and give it production facilities and four hangars, which is what I did, do it. Seriously, do it. Its really fun/funny when animals attack and the ship building is wild, with some really custimizable ships, though large grid (big ships) are kind of frustrating to decorate, though not to build And the voxel destruction is crazy, how technically every planet could be removed is wild all in all, just get the game also, sorry for all the spelling errors, im tolazy to fix half of them
