About
Space Engineers is an open world sandbox game about designing, building and testing your own space machines. Construct ships, stations and planetary bases in a fully destructible environment, then explore planets and space, mine resources, survive hazards and engage in combat alone or with friends in Creative or Survival modes.
Play solo or in multiplayer, from small co-op outposts to huge community servers. Start with a simple lander, grow into a mining and industrial empire, or focus on warships and planetary fortresses – the game gives you the tools and physics, you decide what to build.
Space Engineers uses a volumetric physics engine: every block and voxel has mass, inertia and damage. Ships break apart, stations crumble and terrain can be drilled, carved and reshaped, so your engineering choices really matter.
Space Engineers is grounded in real engineering and hard science fiction, driven by realism and plausible near-future technology. Think modern space programs extrapolated into the future: realistic ships, stations, tools and systems where everything is built and simulated block by block. It’s about the machinery you build, not about magic or scripted set-pieces.

Very good game, the physics are not the best but that they don't need to be. The mechanics of factions and allied as well as enemy AI is very good. I like building large ships in creative, but slowly progressing in survivial is fun too. I think the game is not overpriced ore anything, i havent bought any DLCs yet but I think there are just to many, thay could just combine them into only a few expensions. Overall very good.

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,402 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

First impressions. Game feels like more complicated clone of "Empyrion - Galactic Survival". No compass at planet surface. To start gaming u need to watch youtube coz tutorial in the game not the best.
It's a decently fun game, but I don't really know what I'm working for. I get it's a sandbox game and you do what you like but there should be some overarching goals that are set to make stuff satisfying and give more guidance to new players. Also, way too much googling to figure things out (tutorial is so slow), and the food system and enemies are not fun.
lovely sandbox where you can pretend things matter while you dig up dirt with a giant drill that magically turns into every supercomputer and jumpdrive you could ever need. Gameplay equals nothing more than setting a big drill on top of fifty stacked pistons pointed at the crust, to get a billion tons of resources and then spending 100 hours FIGHTING the building menu and block placement system to create a ship and then logging off. It has multiplayer if you care for that ig. At least its so old it will basically run on any computer. Oh and you get to look forward to every single content addition being locked behind DLC yayyyy!!!!
About enjoyable as a dog turd
annoying physic everything break all time everytime, small touch, it break, might even explode everything is place individual then very those individual have to manual "build" to make it function
Echt bescheiden gedacht.
