Very nice game. But that game would still need a "save option" because this is not Rogue. Rogue was a simple game, easy to start and easier to end, but in this one you are investing a lot of time in a character. People are talking about saves, so I guess that like Rogue, you have to find the save folder and do a manual backup... Seriously... Other weird choice: when you craft an item, your crafted item weighs more than the resources needed to craft it... For this dev, 1 kg of material + 1 kg of another material = 4 kg... So after crafting an item you can be overloaded, and so you can't sell your hard work, because you can't move and you have to drop it to move again... Ok, i give it a thumb up finally but this dev has work to do. :) Oh and keep that pathing in mind, you will need it, until lazy dev do something more serious. :) C:\Users\NAME\AppData\Roaming\WizardsOfTheCode\Soulash2\saves Oh and the real pain is farming. The process look fast enough but no this is very slow, for this field it take 15 minutes of clicking. https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3741073436
I'm not giving this a thumbs down in the sense that I wanna hate on it, I'm giving it a thumbs down in the same way you send a burger you really wanna eat back to the kitchen because it is undercooked. Unfortunately, unlike a fully staffed kitchen churning out order after order, this game has been in EA since 2023 so I have 0 faith I'm getting this burger back cooked properly. I'm gonna go eat somewhere else and recommend you do too.

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

its like elin but without the pedophilia, big improvement on my opinion 10/10
i didn't know the dev was a bad person also it's a mid game that is unintuitive for the sake of being unintuitive
I would agree with the comparisons to dwarf fortress adventure mode and kenshi. I love these sandbox style games where you are really weak initially but when you come across some whacky event that is going on randomly. Adventure for a while, build for a while, craft for a while, whatever. I’m loving it so far.
Just play in high fantasy mode, it will save you in keyboard ( smashing ) expenses... Other than that cool game
A game that I accidentally played for 28 hours straight, once I got the hang of it. Very good and addicting gameplay! It feels like it's two games that you switch between: - A really good traditional rogue-like - An addicting settlement management, town-building trade-sim The game is somewhat intuitive but allegedly most people quit when they can't overcome the starting obstacle: Obtaining Tools. It's not easy, and it turns some players off to run past a copper vein or rare tree but not have a pickaxe etc. At the start you will spend 95% of your time adventuring the open world and 5% in menus. I'm 100+ hours in and I'm now spending 15% adventuring and 85% in crafting/management menus. Maybe it will switch up again much later, I feel like I still have a long ways to go. Would recommend, but you need to play this kind of game to know what you're doing. I had Grok and Youtube opened a lot once I cared enough about the game to look up info and figure things out.
What a great game, i finally feel like i can put it down for a while after almost 150 hours. I still havent gotten in to the create a state phase but i really enjoyed the town building, the freedom, build diversity and the unforgiving nature of the game.
good
Spent two hours looking for an axe only to die from starvation once I got the axe. I highly recommend!
