It's a good game, but could of been better if it released one day earlier on by birthday.
fun game with great controls and content, new things are added constantly so ull find urself booting it back up to see whats new. also even though its UE5, it actually runs great! Try to wait for a good discount (this game drops to 35$ on sale), i personally wouldnt spend 70$, but this isnt nintendo so sales actually happen

I have played a minor amount of racing games. SRC is what I believe to be a very good racing game and an actual competition to MK8D. The best of this game would be it's fluidity, track immersion, vehicle customization, and the addition of DLC on launch is a very good way to keep a grip on it community and add content. The introduction and feature of bringing back music from different sonic games and different Ips to selected laps of a race is highkey genius. Despite its great aspects, the only gripe i have with this game would be the online experience, you sometimes get timed out, or disconnected from a team or race while waiting for a world match. and there's no option to opt out of a lobby without closing down the game entirely. Overall, it's an 8.5.
only played it for an hour during its free weekend, its really great on controls, the boat sections are lacking but I genuinely have zero problem with it. would recommend to anybody who have high specs for this game =D
Been playing since the demo and love the visuals and performance! But the new update forces an offline login wait, which is annoying. Hoping to see some new free worlds and circuits soon.
This actually might be the best kart racer of all time, the controls are immaculate, the stages are pretty, the tunes are bumping, it has a bunch of wild crossover characters along with a strong enough base cast. It just feels so right I love it.
You know I like this game, but it's really hard to keep playing it for extended periods of time without wanting to quit for another 2 months. To cut it short there is very limited item variety in a sonic game of all things, and item balance has been all over the place, and that doesn't include item hogging which plagues all modern Kart Racers. The game is good however it feels less like a Sonic Kart Racer, and more like a way for SEGA to monetize off of collabs, which by itself is fine, and like I don't care if its their own property. What I do care about is that most of their own property aren't even old faces they are all new, and that new representation of sonic is not sonic. Its Sonic The Collab Hedgehog. I would've loved if this game was a continuation, of All Stars Racing, which is SEGA's love letter to THEMSELVES and all the small devs they took under their wing. That's what I miss, and it feels like Crossworlds is just SEGA forgetting WHO they are, they are now just a pure shameless "brand." corpse, down to taking the transformation mechanic, which in my honest opinion was probably only added to get All Stars Veterans to get the game (I am one of them) but now after some time has past it just feels disrespectful as to WHY we loved that mechanic. I am NOT saying the game its bad, its very good in all honesty, but it will never reach what All Stars done and never will and that's quite sad to me. I do hope they revive All Stars, cuz this isn't All Stars, its trying to replace it not appreciate it.
game sucks cuz online bad
