Maybe best arcade racer ever? Transformed is amazing but this is great in a different way. The gadget system also adds a LOT of depth w/o breaking the balance (too much lol)

I love the fact they update the game with events and more collabs this game is a step up on the racing gamesc for sonic :D
i love you sonic
I've owned this game since release and I have thoroughly enjoyed it since then, for sure one of the best kart racers since mario kart 8 deluxe and if you are to buy this game and want some or all of the dlcs at this point in the games lifespan it is cheaper to buy the deluxe version for all of them. The chaos of this game is great and the gadget system makes things much more interesting, it's basically having a build to do good at certain things I personally like ring combos for gadgets that increase speed and help get rings more quickly or defense type gadgets that help me stay in the pack for longer. Can't wait for Godzilla dlc!

When first playing it, you might feel like a kid that ate a whole bag of sugar! It's really overstimulating with the fast music, random characters from any universe and chaos, yet it's incredibly fun!!! My only real complaint is the Online mode that could use a lot if improvement! You should definitely get it on discount!
