It's been a fantastic experience since the open beta to launch. The game has a surprising amount of depth with its deep well of customization. Everything you choose from the character you play, the vehicle you drive, and the gadgets you equip will change how you drive and how you approach a given race. At the same time, it has that item-based chaos that also allows for more chaotic casual matches, though even here you can use items strategically and use gadgets to increase the odds of obtaining certain types of items. Racers do tend to be very close to one another, which can be a pain sometimes, but it also leads to some cool back-and-forth and also means a comeback is never truly impossible ~90% of the time. In general it's a game where staying on top of everything happening around you is important, and while some things in a race are out of your control, there is plenty you can do to get in first and stay in first. Also, vehicle customization is amazing. You can make something perfectly tuned for performing well, or just making something that looks cool. There's tons of parts, decals, and you can customize the color of just about every vehicle part. In short, it's fun an chaotic, looks gorgeous, has tons of customization you could lose hours on, and has a lot more depth to its gameplan than I initially thought. Despite its high price, it's been worth every cent. 10/10, Much better than roaming around on the open road.

挺不错,不输马车
ABSOLUTELY WORTH EVERY PENNY! I've earned every achievement and experienced everything the game currently has to offer, and there's still so much more content on the way. The online isn't dead—that's one of the best parts. With new characters releasing every couple of months, there's always a reason to come back. I'd even recommend this game to people who aren't Sonic fans because it's just that fun. Never been happier to be a Sonic fan!
Sonic Racing: Crossworlds is a huge mess and a ton of fun all wrapped up into one package on one hand its a very fun fast paced racing game that demands you learn the mechanics to thrive. and punishes you when you don't do the right things. now id say for me personally this game is the best Arcade racing game ive played in years. but it still a sloppy mess. the items specifically are terrible like most of them do the same thing and we have MULTIPLE blue shell items wtf. and the item which basically tries to blind us also does the same thing as the others and slows us down. and most of them are also just homing red shell items. like in the end the items are a huge let down and at times are relentless and really cause some serious keyboard throwing rage(minus the throwing part im not gunna hurt my keyboard). oh my favorite part of the game which is called gadets which is this thing where you get to choose different perks that give you stat bonus's or can completely augment or change the rules of play for you as you race. for instance i really like constantly sliding so i can boost so i use a build that focus's alot on that. but at higher ranks seems like there is a meta which can be frustrating and having your own builds stops being fun or interesting. the game needs balancing the game also needs tracks badly. like don't get me wrong there are tracks just for hte price of the game plus the dlc there should be much more specially for a game toting cross promotion ip plus sega's own ip's like wtf. not to mention a huge chunk of the racers from dlc ect don't have any voices AT ALL ZERO FLAVOR and the season pass is 30?! like you're basically paying saying who is doing this brand cross over deal with these other companys thats it so we spent tons of money for basically cosmetic characters and only like a few new tracks what a joke. honestly very disappointed in sega for this one. so yeah im ranting on and on about the bad but the good of this game is you can play with friends and thats a ton of fun. its still a fast paced generally fun experience if you can get over the other stuff which honestly i find my self usually having fun with this game even if i get a little tilted/heated at times.
