About
Wander through a shifting simulation that feels both tragic and hilarious. Observe, interact, or simply exist as the world reshapes around you — a meditative, overstimulated reflection on what it means to keep going when everything’s falling apart.
Part video game, part art installation, Sometimes to Deal With the Difficulty of Being Alive… is an interactive loop of coping mechanisms — a place where despair and delight blur into the same texture. You’re not given objectives, just a living space that responds to your presence, your stillness, your curiosity.
Every moment feels absurd: NPCs that sing about heartbreak in glitch-voice harmonies, battlefields that double as therapy sessions, color palettes that shift with your emotional temperature. It’s overstimulation as catharsis — the act of being overwhelmed as a kind of peace.
In the end, it’s not about survival. It’s about resonance. A digital hum that reminds you you’re still here — and somehow, that’s enough.

Best $0.75 I ever spent
scream 'YOLO' then immediately regret it while eating cereal at 3pm in underwear so I just lie facedown and whisper 'bufferin bufferin' to the carpet

I love this game so much already but how do I access emails, just waiting? smerga has something waiting and I gotta see it
I always sort of thought that when we talk about aliens and we talk about god that maybe we are talking about the same thing. As in, the myths that we hear from many different cultures involving powerful gods with mystical powers aren't exactly myth, but rather, history; only they misinterpreted extraterrestrials as god or god/s because they were very strange and had equipment that looked magical to the people of old. People often think that religion and belief in aliens cannot coincide with one another, but I think it's really close-minded to assume that a god or god/s couldn't create other beings on other worlds just as great or even greater than us. It's an interesting thought because regardless, if a higher power has the capacity to exist then we should not be their limit.
At first sight looks like the classical trippy game full of drugs and nonsense (and it is), but in depth is the mental portrait of the developer. For me is a very interesting exercise of expressionism. Clearly not for everyone. Very chaotic. The game itself is some sort Fuzz Dungeon with minigames, conversations and a lot of dancing. Some geometrical shapes and colors remind me of the exercises that schizophrenian people make
this sht HEAT!!!
Pizza Man got that secret sauce. That aside- this is unique, clever, and flat-out weird which are all things I appreciate immensely especially in a sea of sameness devoid of imagination. Highly recommend.
