About
Solarpunk is a survival game in a technologically advanced world of floating islands. Alone or together with 4 friends, you can construct buildings, grow food, craft gadgets and explore distant islands with your own airship.
Use sunlight, wind and water to create an energy system and automate your processes like gathering resources and watering your plants.
Design your dream home base with a wide range of materials and decorations. You’re free to build cozy spaces, add tiny details, and make your island feel just like home.
These buildings were crafted by our amazing community in the demo!

Generate electricity using wind and solar energy. Weather conditions affect how much energy you produce, so you’ll need to plan ahead. Store energy in batteries and use wireless power to keep your base running smoothly.

Play solo or with friends. Everyone has their own inventory, and you can decide whether to build something together or create your own little corner in the sky.

In Solarpunk, you live in symbiosis with animals. There is no exploitation, only coexistence. Pigs, for example, will dig up truffles if treated well. Growing fruits and vegetables is your main source of food. Plant seeds in the ground and harvest them once they’re fully grown.

Automate your tasks using transport drones to gather resources, giving you more time to build and explore your skybound home.

Each player can build their own airship. Use it to travel to surrounding islands and discover new resources.

4/5 Stars. The game is very beautiful, aesthetically as well as of sound and the mood in general. The progress is slow but addicting in a positive way. I was always eager to find out what's next. The only thing that's bothering me, is that the world feels a little empty. The animals aside, I felt save but alone. I'd love to have the option to choose a game mode where it's made a little more difficult to survive, perhaps through enemies or other weather condition that are more complicated to deal with. Right now, the only real danger is starvation/thirst, falling off the egde or thunder storms. Which is also a mood but I'd love to have the option to play this amazing game more on the edge. Also a story would be amazing! Are we in our universe? And if so, how did we end up here? What happened? Is it utopia after dystopia? All in all, amazing game! Thank you so much that you made this!
Nice & chill and not a super long, drawn-out craft system.

Very pretty survival sandbox game without enemies with a world of a bunch os islands floating in the air and you travelling between them. Can be completed (as far as exploring and collecting everything) in under 48 hours without stressing too much. Could use some more content.
Growing raspberries early on is essential for securing a steady food supply. They also satisfy thirst a little bit.
A great survival crafting game at the Venn diagram intersection of Minecraft and No Man's Sky with a splash of cozy energy. Plays great on both my Original Z1 Extreme ROG Ally, and my ASUS Zenbook, though the laptop needs a drop in detail to keep the framerate snappy. The early game progression feels like you are accomplishing a lot, while still giving a great feeling of how much more is left in store as you expand your reach. I've had the game for about 40 hours, and I've clocked about 14-15 hours of gameplay, so if you want some mellow survival crafting that you can sink your teeth in to, I'd highly recommend Solarpunk.
