About
Solarpunk is a survival game in a technologically advanced world of floating islands. Alone or together with 4 friends, you can construct buildings, grow food, craft gadgets and explore distant islands with your own airship.
Use sunlight, wind and water to create an energy system and automate your processes like gathering resources and watering your plants.
Design your dream home base with a wide range of materials and decorations. You’re free to build cozy spaces, add tiny details, and make your island feel just like home.
These buildings were crafted by our amazing community in the demo!

Generate electricity using wind and solar energy. Weather conditions affect how much energy you produce, so you’ll need to plan ahead. Store energy in batteries and use wireless power to keep your base running smoothly.

Play solo or with friends. Everyone has their own inventory, and you can decide whether to build something together or create your own little corner in the sky.

In Solarpunk, you live in symbiosis with animals. There is no exploitation, only coexistence. Pigs, for example, will dig up truffles if treated well. Growing fruits and vegetables is your main source of food. Plant seeds in the ground and harvest them once they’re fully grown.

Automate your tasks using transport drones to gather resources, giving you more time to build and explore your skybound home.

Each player can build their own airship. Use it to travel to surrounding islands and discover new resources.

C'est LE jeu de l'année !
Dear Devs, I know not who caused you pain and suffering in the past, because it's absolutely WILD that you would UNO Reverse that pain onto your games players. I added Solarpunk to my wishlist with hope and excitement. Little did I know that this game would be the polar opposite of cozy or chill. This game is like if you wanted to play Aloft without a plot line and no tutorial help. The fact that it seems like the devs made this game solely for co-op game play is mildly infuriating (I don't want to play with others). I took so long to figure out where i could get the workbench for the solar power items to help automate things (which is infinitely ironic given the games name is Solarpunk...). The airship takes an ETERNITY to travel anywhere and the sky island i wanted to build on won't let the transport bots fly to the ore nodes for delivery. And there is NO TELEPORTATION. None. and you force me to take the slow way every time I want to island hop. With my whole chest I say this to you, Devs; you shouldn't put a game out that's clearly not ready. I played Subnautica when it was in Beta, and I had an Absolute^TM blast playing it. Rating: -20/10
The game is fun. At start. After like 2-3h you get everything you basically need and grind starts. Every "stage" is same. Some sort of energy gen. Two new plants and one minable resource. That's all. I love the game at start, but then it was just braindead grind and waiting. Missing lot of quality of life things etc..
Wow! Wunderschönes Spiel, sehr zu empfehlen!
J'ai commencé le jeu sans me douter qu'il était aussi addictif. Pour moi c'est le jeu de survie de l'année il est génial. A ce prix là foncez !
This game is great. its exactly what I was hoping it was, reading the guidlines given by the producers. After a long school year with many stresses, I finally sat down to enjoy some gaming whilst on summer break with my kids, and have found this a delightfully slow paced and beautiful game. Id ofc love more things to do, I was sad when I reached the end of progression and only had collections left to do, but hopefully further updates will add to this!
Es ist unfassbar geil gemacht. Ich liebe alles von diesem Spiel.
