Sockventure: Prologue
Fun game. :)

Changed the controls to WASD (Yes, it was arrows), and I cannot perform an upwards dash. Restored defaults and the game still does not let me. Cannot progress anymore because the game does not let me do a specific move you are supposed to do.I do not recommend.
Previously: "You can't turn off the rumble / vibration in the Control pad. KB controls are not useful for this sort of game. I have unavoidable reasons to not want the vibration and thumping so this is an absolute deal-breaker for me. Otherwise it might be a decent game. I'll never know." Now: Okay. So, the devs saw my review and added a feature to turn thew rumble function off. Awesome! So, real review will now commence. Overall, this demo is not bad. Artwork is good. Controls work well. Can't say much for the plot but it's a platform game. They don'r really need plots. The platforming itself is quickly very challenging. I would not have chosen some of the control setup myself but that's a quibble.Overall, it's decent but a bit too difficult for me to ever finish. But I (smurf) at platform games so... Normally for a game that I'm wishing Steam had a neutral review fore I go with no. But developers that are actually reading reviews and listening to feedback are pretty rare. So these guys are getting an even rarer thumbs up from me.
