So Much Stuff 3: Odds & Ends

A short gameplay, showing off all the modes, with some chitter-chatter: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Pc70ASBqb3Q So Much Stuff 3: Odds & Ends, another game in the So Much Stuff series—one I can recommend—is a nice and chill puzzle game. One could say it’s a bit of my go-to, cosy, chill puzzle moment that I tend to binge-play in one go because I cannot put it down. They’re too easy to say ah, well, just one more scene, and then, out of nowhere, I played it out before I knew it. Whoops. Under several themes like Florist, Library, Temple Plunder,… There are a few different game modes. This is pretty neat since it keeps things fresh and is not the same thing. You can do one of the modes first, or you can mix it up as you wish to keep it fresh; this led me not to be bored. So that’s nice. The modes you have in this one are: *~ Sort: You click two of the same items to sort them away. There is also a split-up collectable piece to gather to complete the level, even if you didn’t sort all the pairs away. *~ So Much stuff: Find all the hidden objects written on the folded paper; this could be four flowers or eight butterflies… Solving one leads to other papers opening up, and just as in Sort, you’ll have a collectable piece to gather to complete the level. *~ Difference: This one speaks a little for itself; you have one or more pictures to compare and find the difference. This is my least favourite because I’m so bad at them, but it's still enjoyable. *~ Click to swap: Click and swap pieces around so they’re correctly positioned. *~ Jigsaw: Click and drag puzzle pieces into a shape that matches your theme to complete a lovely jigsaw picture bound to that theme. This mode is very lovely and is most likely my favourite. For the collectables you collected, you’ll have a neat little space split up into different rooms where you can collect and review them. When each theme is finished, the bar will turn gold. It's two little details, but it’s fun. They’re just there. The music in the game is nice, too, but I’m not going to lie. As I do with many games, I muted it and popped on a podcast series… But for those who prefer or don’t mind game music, they’re nice tracks to listen to. As you may have noticed, either on the store page or from my little video, the version you’re getting here is the Collector’s Edition. You’ll get eight extra themes (times four = 32 additional puzzles!), an extra collection room to complete, an in-game music player to listen to your favourite tracks, and 18 downloadable wallpapers. So, to wrap it up, if you want a chill moment with a few different puzzles that don’t need too much thinking but are just a relaxing, enjoyable ‘you’ moment, I would say go for it. It’s a lovely game and series.
