Snoopy & The Great Mystery Club

This was painfully boring… I don’t even think a 5 year old would find it fun. It’s fetch quest: the game. It gets two positives because the mini games were fun and got more challenging overtime and the graphics are good. I experienced a little lag on the Steam Deck.

Way too expensive, not challenging at all, most of the quests are walking. It's too boring to be cozy.

It's a short, fun game meant for Peanuts fans mostly (of which I am). It's easy enough for the kids, and interesting enough for adults to keep their attention imo.

Snoopy & The Great Mystery Club is a light, storybook-style adventure that leans almost entirely on its tone, characters, and familiarity rather than mechanical depth. Developed by Cradle Games, it brings the Peanuts cast into a simple detective framework where Snoopy takes the lead, solving small neighborhood mysteries with the help of Charlie Brown and the rest of the gang. The game is clearly designed as a relaxed, low-pressure experience, prioritizing charm and accessibility over challenge or complexity, and it succeeds most when it embraces that identity. The structure is divided into episodic cases, each centered on a small-scale mystery that fits naturally within the Peanuts universe. These are not high-stakes investigations but rather everyday problems—missing items, odd occurrences, and minor disputes—that reflect the series’ focus on ordinary life. The narrative rarely surprises or builds toward dramatic twists, instead relying on gentle humor and familiar character dynamics to carry the experience. This approach makes the game feel consistent with its source material, but it also limits its ability to create tension or narrative momentum. It is less about solving a mystery and more about spending time in a familiar world. Gameplay revolves around exploration and task completion. Players move through open areas such as the neighborhood, school, and surrounding locations, interacting with characters and collecting items needed to progress. Most objectives take the form of errands, where completing one task leads to another until enough clues are gathered to resolve the case. While this creates a clear and easy-to-follow loop, it also results in frequent backtracking, with players often retracing the same paths multiple times. The early stages are engaging, as players become familiar with the world and its characters, but the lack of variation becomes more noticeable as the game continues. The experience remains consistent throughout, which can be comforting for some players but monotonous for others. It never becomes frustrating or overwhelming, but it also rarely pushes beyond its initial appeal. Ultimately, Snoopy & The Great Mystery Club is a game that succeeds by staying true to its source material. It offers a calm, approachable experience that captures the charm and simplicity of the Peanuts world, making it especially well-suited for younger players or fans of the franchise. At the same time, its limited mechanics, repetitive structure, and lack of depth prevent it from standing out as a more substantial adventure game. me encanto como tiene mucha familiaridad con la caricatura y la forma de resolver los misterios el tema es q me faltaron 4 comics y no supe donde encontrarlos

Probablemente uno de los peores juegos que pasaron por mis manos, me gusta el mundo abierto pero quiero poder robar autos para ir mas rapido, robar tiendas y matar gente. no entiendo el sentido del juego sin esos parametros basicos, realmente desepcionante. atte el pomberito

With all the solid open world action adventures available to kids these days (Lil Gator Game, Little Kitty Big City, and Snufkin: Melody of Moominvalley), I wouldn’t prioritize this game unless you love Snoopy or the Peanuts movies/specials. And personally I can’t bring myself to give Snoopy a not recommended. The mystery theming is fun, but it’s really just an end cap for walking around and doing busy work. The game is absolutely aware of this aspect and often points it out once Lucy joins your party. Minigames function well and often do a solid job of augmenting the story.
