Snafu is a horror game that is quite different from what you'd expect. It's a mix of an idle game with light puzzle elements, a bit of platforming, some jump scares and an NPC hunting you down. It's weird and different. Got a few good scares. Died a lot (could have done a better job myself), but this didn't really delay progress at all. Also no worries about missing things. You can re-enter the game without loss of progress to find all possible endings. And it has a save option (most other games from this dev are ment to be played in one session). Never thought a "Grow your Business" game could be so weird and spooky and, most importantly: fun :)
Good, too much scream
Very unique horror game where you need to expand your business, it has some refreshing mechanics.
A really interesting combo of a horror idler. Admittedly, don't expect a triple-A experience, but it is weirdly compelling. I now want a full-fledged long-distance, unfolding horror idler.
So far the best game from TurnVex. It clearly stands out from the developer’s other titles and has its own unique charm. The creative idea of mixing a business simulator with horror is something I’ve never seen before and that’s exactly what makes the game special. At first, the horror works quite well, but around the halfway point it started to feel a bit goofy, especially because of Snafu’s rather unserious dialogue. The writing also unfortunately drops in quality after that. The pacing was sometimes really terrible, which dragged the atmosphere down quite a bit. The jumpscares were rather average, and instead of scaring me, the overly loud sound effects felt more damaging to my ears than anything else. Still, because of its funny and genuinely unique concept, I can recommend the game to anyone who wants to try something different.
One of my first Souls games, and what a crazy game! Elden Ring has broken me, challenged me, and hooked me like few other games. I completed it 100%, and every hour was worth it. The world is immense, dark, and spectacular. Combat demands a cool head and perseverance, and the game is merciless: there are bosses that will absolutely ruin your day… yes, Malenia, I'm talking about you. But that's precisely where the magic lies: when you finally defeat them, the feeling is incredible. It hurts, it frustrates, and it tests you, but it rewards like no other. A fantastic game. Highly, highly recommended.
More fun than it had any business being
