This game seems like a lot of fun but has massive fps drops just from moving your cursor around the screen and a lot of the buttons in game don't register when you click them so you have to spam click them. It's a shame because it looks like a fun game but for now it's unplayable.
I played the first one and enjoyed it, this takes it to another level and builds upon the original. This is a good game if you have an itch for a straight forward simple business sim. Only gripe I have is I wish the UI was a bit easier to use. Such as selecting individuals from one screen, or showing employees by salary. Just small stuff preferences. Highly recommend the game, even at full price.
Fun little management game with cool art!
I really loved the original Smooth Operators, and this is a great sequel a lot of QoLs, and the new look is great, hopefully we'll get more content soon as well
Worth every penny. Have also played the first game and loved that too. As a former callcenterworker, the curveballs the game gives you are very recognizable. The game feels balanced. Many things is improved from the first game. Dev responds to bugreports. Definitly worth a buy!
este juego es adictivo a niveles astronómicos 100% recomendado espero que corrijan los pocos bugs que encontré como el cuando termina el contrato con una empresa el juego se congela. o algunos botonoes que se quedan flotando en fin buen juegardo
Great game which is a surprisingly accurate representation of real world call center business. Managing a project or several projects feels great, and KPI's can be tracked through the user interface for each project. There's also daily reports that tells you how your projects are doing, so you know where to take action. Workloads are easily tracked for the different functions, and building a bigger and bigger call center with more and more stuff is really fun and challenging! There's also random events which impact workload (think bad press, events happening etc) to keep you on your toes and moving your workforce around based on increased or decreased workloads. I also happened to run into a bug which was promptly fixed less than 20 minutes after notifying the developer on discord. Great game, recommend it!
I hope this is a work-in-progress... The overall game design is pretty good... However... I have constant issues with clicking buttons and the game not quite registering (see the mouse cursor click indication, but it doesn't take)... I also have ongoing issues with large groups of employees leaving, without being notified, looked and suddenly half my staff is gone...??? I have spent days, trying to watch the load on restrooms/cafe's, there should be a report that would tell me usage/cue, so I don't have to sit there and watch... same with "transport" for additional options: I would like to have it auto hire, to maintain filled seats when I assign a job role to position. I would like to have it auto schedule to distribute staff (sub divided by job title). I would like to have it allow setting a room to a specific job title (ie Inbound). I would like to be able to set thresholds for auto answering requests... I'm sure there are things I just don't know yet, for optimizing the play to proceed, but... i think some of the glitches and lack of game play optimization is hindering me. I have had to quit in annoyance a couple times because things just don't seem to be working correctly.... I'm playing on pc, so... I don't know if that's the problem... but it shouldn't be...
This "simulation" is not great, but not bad either - it does give some hours of distraction and is somewhat challenging at times. Give it a go at a sale
game seems fine after two hours into playing it, but it keeps freezing, like i cannot buy rooms, elevators and place them..................................
