Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.14/day in the week to Aug 31 → 0.29/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About
Smart Farm is a farming and management game where you buy an abandoned farm at auction and bring it back to life with hard work, smart planning, and classic craftsmanship. Restore fields and buildings, care for animals, process your harvest into valuable products, and supply town and countryside – step by step, a ruined plot becomes a working farm.
The farm used to be the heart of the region – until it was abandoned. Broken barns, overgrown fields, rusted machines. Nobody wanted this piece of land… except you.
In Smart Farm, you take over a rundown, auctioned farm and rebuild it with patience, effort, and clear planning. No magic, no shortcuts – just honest work, solid systems, and your decisions.
You start with a few tools and a small amount of money. Bit by bit, you restore fields, repair buildings, buy seeds, and bring the first animals back to your farm. What you produce can be sold directly in town – or processed into higher–value products with better profit margins. Milk becomes cheese, grain becomes bread, fruit turns into jam. Step by step, you shape a farm that not only looks alive but runs on a sound economy.
Your choices matter: Do you invest first in new machines, more animals, or a small workshop? Do you focus on simple raw goods with quick turnover, or on longer production chains with better prices? Smart Farm rewards long–term thinking and a straight, consistent approach – just like real farms always have.
Take over an abandoned farm
Start with a neglected, auctioned property: broken buildings, messy fields, limited resources – and full freedom to design your own farm.
Traditional farming gameplay
Work your fields with grain, fruits, and vegetables, take care of livestock, and manage your supply chains from soil to storage.
From raw goods to final products
Sell your harvest directly – or refine it. Turn milk into dairy products, grain into baked goods, fruit into preserved goods. More effort, more profit.
Supply the town and region
Deliver your products to the nearby town and various buyers. Different customers pay different prices and have specific demands.
Step–by–step rebuilding, not instant upgrades
Repair, extend, and modernize your buildings in clear stages. Nothing appears out of nowhere – everything comes from work, time, and investment.
Clear, transparent management systems
Track your income, expenses, storage, and production chains. Smart Farm focuses on understandable numbers instead of flashy gimmicks.
Calm but consequence–driven gameplay
There is no frantic timer chasing you, but your decisions have weight: careless spending keeps you small; careful planning builds a stable farm over time.
If you enjoy games where you build something from the ground up, where every decision shapes your future, and where a ruined piece of land slowly turns into a working, profitable farm, Smart Farm is made for you.

I’d been looking for a relaxed farming game with plenty of variety, and Smart Farm delivers exactly that. It’s an enjoyable game that offers enough planning and decision making to stay engaging, with something to do at all times. The tutorial isn’t perfect, but it’s easy enough to figure things out as you go. Contracts are a great way to start: they introduce you to the different products, machines, and companies, and they provide a reasonable early game income. There are seven main missions focused on debt repayment, best saved for later since they don’t reward money. At this stage, you earn money by producing the products of your choice and selling them to shops across the map. The three small side missions are fun and offer surprising rewards. The game’s biggest strength is its variety: horticulture, arable farming, livestock, and even toilet paper production. Yes, toilet paper — not the career path I expected, but it pays the bills. A wide range of machines lets you turn raw materials into intermediate and final products, which keeps the gameplay loop interesting. You start with a basic pickup truck, but you can gradually expand your fleet with different vehicles and farming equipment as you progress and have the money for it. Single player is stable with hardly any bugs. Multiplayer is playable but still rougher. At the moment it feels more like two separate single player sessions running side by side, but the developer is actively working on shared farm multiplayer and other improvements. The developer is active, helpful, and fixes bugs consistently, so definitely not a scam. Overall: a solid 7/10. If multiplayer improves, it could easily become an 8/10.
Smart Farm builds its identity around the satisfying process of turning a neglected agricultural property into a productive and increasingly sophisticated business. Rather than immediately giving the player a prosperous farm filled with advanced equipment, the game emphasizes rebuilding from humble beginnings. The property is acquired in poor condition, leaving the player with damaged structures, fields that need attention, limited resources, and plenty of decisions about what should be restored first. This creates a natural sense of progression, since improvements to the farm represent both practical upgrades and visible evidence of the player's growing success. Developed and published by ZD Games, the game combines traditional farming activities with economic management. Cultivating fields, planting crops, harvesting produce, and raising animals provide the foundation, but the experience extends beyond simply producing agricultural goods. Money must be managed carefully because expansion requires investment. Purchasing equipment, repairing structures, increasing production capacity, and developing other parts of the farm can consume significant resources, making financial planning an important part of the overall gameplay loop. One of the more interesting elements is the ability to transform basic agricultural resources into more valuable products. Instead of immediately selling everything harvested or collected, players can develop processing facilities that expand their commercial opportunities. Grain can become bread, milk can be processed into cheese, and fruit can be turned into products such as jam. These production chains give the farming system additional purpose because the value of an item depends partly on what the player decides to do with it after production. This creates an enjoyable relationship between farming and business management. Selling raw materials can provide quick income when funds are urgently needed, while processing those same resources may generate greater profits later. The trade-off encourages players to think about available money, storage capacity, infrastructure, operating costs, and future expansion rather than automatically following the same routine. As the farm develops, efficiency becomes increasingly important, and successful management depends on creating a balanced operation instead of investing recklessly in every available improvement. Trading adds another layer to this economic structure. Products can be sold to different customers and buyers, making demand and pricing relevant considerations when deciding what to produce. This helps prevent the agricultural side from existing independently of the business systems. Growing a large quantity of something is not necessarily the smartest strategy if another product offers better economic opportunities. The player is encouraged to consider the entire chain, beginning with cultivation and ending with processing and eventual sale. The restoration mechanics complement this progression particularly well. Buildings are not simply decorative scenery surrounding the fields; restoring and improving the property is an important part of developing the operation. Gradually replacing the appearance of abandonment with functional buildings, organized production areas, equipment, livestock, and cultivated fields creates a strong visual representation of advancement. There is satisfaction in comparing the modest starting farm with the increasingly efficient operation it can eventually become. Smart Farm also appears designed around a relatively relaxed pace. It is not primarily about racing against constant deadlines or surviving relentless pressure. Instead, much of its appeal comes from planning, routine, optimization, and gradual improvement. That does not mean decisions are meaningless. Poor financial choices can restrict future development, while careful investment can accelerate expansion. The game therefore attempts to preserve the comfortable atmosphere associated with farming simulations while giving money and management enough importance to make success feel earned. This slower structure will not appeal equally to everyone. Players looking for constant action or rapid progression may find the emphasis on repetitive agricultural work and incremental improvements too restrained. Its core pleasures are more likely to resonate with people who enjoy building something over time, organizing production systems, watching profits increase, and continually refining an operation. The repetition inherent to planting, harvesting, animal management, processing, and selling becomes part of the intended rhythm rather than something the design tries to eliminate completely. The game also includes a selection of supporting Steam features, including achievements and Family Sharing. Its achievement system provides additional objectives for players interested in completing milestones alongside the broader goal of developing the farm. The store information also discloses the presence of some AI-generated imagery. While these aspects are secondary to the farming and economic systems, they contribute to understanding what is included in the overall package. Steam Deck users should consider the game playable rather than assume a completely optimized handheld experience. Compatibility information indicates that it can run on Steam Deck, but it should not be treated as equivalent to an official Steam Deck Verified designation. Its relatively straightforward mechanics make handheld play feasible, although occasional adjustments or minor interface inconveniences may be possible. Players specifically buying or installing games for Deck use should therefore expect functional compatibility rather than guaranteed console-like optimization. Overall, Smart Farm has a promising foundation because its progression is tied to more than simply unlocking larger fields. Rebuilding an abandoned property, managing limited finances, cultivating crops, raising animals, processing raw resources, and finding profitable markets all contribute to the same central objective of creating a sustainable agricultural enterprise. Its deliberately gradual progression makes every improvement potentially more meaningful, especially for players who appreciate management games where prosperity develops through patience and sensible decisions. While its repetitive nature and restrained pacing may limit its appeal among players seeking immediate excitement, the combination of restoration, farming, production chains, and financial management gives the experience a clear and potentially rewarding direction. Worst game ever! Just buy farming simulator instead.
Maalesef oyun aşırı ham, kısa sürede geliştirilmeye çalışılmış bir öğrenci projesi gibi.
