Slybots: Frantic Zone

Fatal Error has everything you want in a local multiplayer, is perfect to spend some hours with friends and a couple of beers. I played Fatal Error for the first time during the Svilupparty, and is awesome to see how far the development has got!

TL;DR: Really easy to learn, yet challenging to master, this game already delivers a great mid-fast paced experience! While the game currently features a Tutorial, I was able to jump right into the action without prior knowledge of the mechanics. Each of the levels currently available offer small interesting twists to the gameplay: as soon as I would get any of them it was a huge, rewarding "Aha!" moment (best example, for me: the "Bloodbath" level). Independently from the difficulty level, in the single-player mode, the gameplay never gets too much fast paced and this, I think, is also thanks to a nice fitting soundtrack. Also, the AI is clever and gives you a nice challenge every time. This is a great game to be played in local multiplayer, as the pace is built up by balancing the different players' skill. While being still in development, this already looks and plays great: can't wait to see the upcoming updates and game modes!

[h1][strike]Kauft euch dieses Spiel nicht,[/strike][/h1] wenn ihr keine Freune/Familie habt die ihr mal richtig zusammenschrein wolltet, weil sie zu 10. Mal das Match gewinnen, und nach 2h oder 14d merkt, das der Einzelspieler Spielanteil sich auf 10min beschränkt, ihr zwar Mitspieler hättet, aber in dem gesammten Freundeskreis niemand einen Kontroller besitzt, und so abwechselnd mit der Tastatur spielen müsst, ihr nicht genug Kontroller habt und ihr euch daran stöhrt, dass deshab P1 minimal durch Maus- und Tastaturnutzung bevorteilt ist, ihr zwar außreichend Kontroller habt, aber die geißtige Leistung euch abzuwechseln damit auch der 5. mitspielen kann nicht vollbringt, ihr euch daran stört, das ein Spiel für 6,99€ keine crisis-fotorealistischen Grafiken hat, und das geschickt durch die Einsetzung eines cleanen comichaften Grafikstils kompensiert, oder ihr ein spiel wegen eines einzigen Schattenfehlers nicht mehr spielen würdet.
