About
Latest updates and Item Chests (DLCs) are currently available for Windows.
Sky Is Arrows is a real-time tactical roguelike where every second counts. Control a powerful hero, command five unique army groups, and adapt to a battlefield that changes as quickly as you can think. The deeper you go, the stronger your enemies become—and the more decisive your choices must be.
The Final Boss returns every five Acts. You cannot stop him. Only delay him. How far will you get before the world crushes you?

In battle, your units automatically advance and engage—but that doesn’t mean your job is easy. You’ll reposition armies, cast high-impact spells, and make snap judgments about when to protect your hero or push for victory.
Build a squad of five armies with over 40 unique units
Have your armies cover your hero’s weaknesses—and let your hero cover theirs
Leverage terrain, counter unit types, and time your abilities for maximum effect
Choose from four distinct army factions:
Regiment: The human faction led by Sir Roland, known for discipline and defense
Wyrm: Servants of Aldruin, the dragonkin faction wielding fire, poison, and brute force
Curator: The mystical elven faction, aligned with the forces of nature herself
Each battle is short—10 seconds to 2 minutes—but packed with tactical decisions. The rhythm is fast, but never shallow. A full game may last 5 minutes - 30 minutes depending on the player's skill.
While exploring the map, you’ll discover chests containing 1 to 3 randomized items—then choose one. Most items can be stacked up to 30 times, while others are unique or exclusive to specific maps and DLCs. There are 73 items in total:
41 Core items
6 Dragon Bracer items
20 Celestial Bow items
6 Ebonhare Visage items

The longer you spend choosing, the harder the game gets. Every second matters—even between battles.
Each Act brings new terrain, enemy combinations, and unpredictable modifiers. You’ll explore haunted graveyards, storm-wracked battlegrounds, corrupted shrines, and other ever-changing environments. Battles escalate. Tension rises. Heroes fall.
Survive long enough, and you’ll encounter the Final Boss. Defeat him… and keep going. He will return. The game never truly ends.
Choose your hero carefully. Each one alters your entire approach to combat.
The Templar breaks through enemy lines with holy strength
The Succubus manipulates enemies with fire and charm
The Ranger blends nature’s speed with rapid-fire attacks
The Zypher reshapes the battlefield with storms and frost
The Marauder, Gargoyle, Hunter, Lizardman, and Archer each bring their own mechanics and synergy trees
Your hero determines what units and items you’ll gravitate toward—and what strategies you’ll need to survive.
I wanted to create a game where decisions matter more than reflexes. Where pressure is constant—sometimes even chaotic.
Sky Is Arrows rewards clarity under fire... and punishes hesitation.

So the sky isn't actually arrows, but it is filled with tension and mystery. Sky is Arrows is an interesting rougelike game with some rpg elements added to the mix. The tutorial is rather brief and leaves you to figure out the controls and mechanics of the game on your own. This wouldn't be an issue if the game didn't just throw you into battles from the beginning, unsure of exactly how to control your units or use your abilities. This game could definitely benefit from a more thorough introduction. Despite the early game confusion I quickly found myself discovering what I was able to do, how I could better my gold and experience and manage my troops. It took a few runs of the game to really understand the controls, but I had a fun time doing so. I enjoyed the different heroes that you are able to choose from, all having their own unique abilities. It seems that you are able to build up your army based around what your hero can do, which will give you some wiggle room in terms of play style. There are a few issues I had with Sky is Arrows; being unable to pick up chests, auto-pathing being non responsive and the lack of control in the battles. When you start a fight, you and your troops approach and engage the enemy. However, the ability to fluidly control the movement of your characters seems to be missing. This leaves the engagements rather lack luster and gives you a sense of confusion. A lot of the time I wasn't really sure if I was using my abilities to the fullest or making the most of the troops that I had. All this being said, I had a really fun time with Sky is Arrows, and I will continue to play it. It's a really interesting game, and anyone who enjoys rougelike titles should really give it a chance. With a few hotfixes or maybe just an update patch to the game, it would be a knockout. At $9.99 its a cheap game, and a fun one to boot. I hope to see more from this developer in the future. Great game reminiscent of some classic tactical RPG's I used to play. There’s a lot to explore between all the heroes and enemy types. It’s quite challenging as well but it feels fair. I'm several hours in now and yet to win a campaign but I'm learning from my mistakes each run and getting further than the last!
Sky Is Arrows is an absolute gem for fans of tactical RPGs and roguelikes! The game delivers an immersive fantasy world filled with high-stakes battles, strategic decision-making, and thrilling exploration. The variety of heroes, traps, and mysterious locations keeps the gameplay fresh and exciting. The mix of strategy and adventure elements makes it a unique experience that keeps you coming back for more. If you enjoy deep tactical gameplay with a hint of unpredictability, this game is a must-play. Highly recommended!
Oyun çalışmıyor, almayın.
This game is basically still in the alpha stage. But not in Early Access. And it still wants about 15 bucks from you. It used to be free.
A rewarding tactical RPG with challenging combat, deep strategy, and rich world-building. Battles are tense but fair, and the progression system allows for creative builds that keep each playthrough fresh. The Ebonhare Visage Item Chest DLC adds a few new items for extra combat options, but it’s a small addition rather than a game-changer.
Before I played Sky Is Arrows, I had a small pp, no friends, no gf, depression, and no life. These things havent changed, but the game is pretty good
Gameplay footage explaining the game: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qIt2V5zjzCI Sky is Arrows is a mix of King's Bounty overworld in a rogue like setting and light RTS combat. You start with 3 heroes to choose from and eventually unlock the other 6. The world is randomly generated every time. You go in the overworld and gather money and fight enemy armies. You upgrade and defend your castle while trying to destroy the enemy castle. When you defeat the enemy castle, you move onto the next level. The further you get, the harder it gets and you unlock heroes you haven't gotten yet. The music and visuals are okay, but the game itself is pretty fun.
