I usually avoid rating games but seeing as this game is rated perfectly and all- I thought I'd join in on the fun (I hope this ages well). Game is great. It's a very manageable RTS game with simple core mechanics and enough spice/diversity of gameplay to make every game feel just that much more unique despite it's simplicity. It's what Footsies (the game) is to the FGC. It's good and it's solid and it's bug-free and it's worth every penny (although I, regrettably, got it on sale). Singleplayer modes are great and the Remote Play local co-op is very smooth for both parties. *Be aware* - local co-op means only one friend has to buy it for you both to play (although I highly recommend supporting a dev like this)
Good game! The hexagonal grid is a really neat mechanic, I like trying to figure out the best way to pack normal trees and collecting trees :) The little skeletons are cute too.
An engaging, inexpensive strategy game where building your economy is important, but also uncomplicated. Allowing the player to focus on positional advantage. Where a high-risk offensive strategy can pay off, so can a wall of defensive turrets and the patience to dominate the enemy by weight of resources and, eventually, the ability to unleash overwhelming force. Conceptually, you're a necromancer battling another of your kind, by rushing them with reanimated skeletons, powerful clerics, and forest giants. With a clear, abstracted visual design that makes it feel oddly like a dark fantasy version of 2006's apocalyptic strategy title DEFCON. Strongly recommended. It's easy to learn the basics, after which there's a good amount of depth to the gameplay. Would raise an army of the dead again.
For 2 quid, pretty enjoyable little game to kill some time. Has some good strategy required and some cool features. Very fun to play against a friend as local multiplayer works really well. Could do with a campaign with more complex maps and AI or something as it can be quite repetitive. Bought it after seeing Tom play it, would recommend. 9/10
Good fun Solo, Noticed that the AI kinda sucks in the gauntlet mode (uses too many of the tree dudes, causing them to be beat by my primary strategy, make a giant line of crossbows across the top of the map)
Skeleton Scramble Deluxe is a simple yet suprisingly deep real time strategy game. I've played it for about an hour now and had great time. I even look forward to playing it again. I'll get my money's worth and quite a lot more. Even though there are only very few things you can build, they still offer a great number of approaches to a game. The bots are also challenging enough to make it fun. If it peaks your intereset i think you cant go wrong
Great game looking forward to Skeleton Scrable deluxe.
pretty cool. cheap. limited solo content, but enough for a bit. pretty fun with friends.
Actually one of the best strategy games ive ever played
