For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,402 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

fantastic game! 10/10
Skald: Against the Black Priory is an old school RPG in the vain of Ultima 4-6. You'll be running around talking to people, solving quests, recruiting party members, leveling up and of course, fighting turn-based battles! The RPG mechanics are very solid - you have a pretty good selection of classes from mages to bards to fighters and everything in between which you can augment with backgrounds to slightly tweak your starting stats and the story. In character creation you can allocate points as you please, but during the game, you can only increase your stats and skills if they happen to be in your class trees as options on level up (or with magic items) It works, but feels a bit limiting. The combat is solid - different classes work well together to combo, crits and kills feel punchy and there's a pretty nice variety of enemies. Tactics matter, but barring a few fights, I have to say that the game is pretty easy on normal difficulty. So if you feel like you're more experienced with CRPGs you should probably pump up the difficulty to hard. Perhaps it was the class I chose, but the only thing lacking was magic. It felt like most of the spells were useless - especially the status effect ones. It made more sense to use my few damage spells to get the fight over with faster. That and basically all the fire spells hurt the caster and/or allies, which made their use beyond Fireball situational at best. The pixel art is honestly stunning! There's a lot of reading in this game and the highly stylized scenes that are set as a back drop for dialogue perfectly convey the tone of the game. All the sprite work is also very solid - characters are easy to distinguish from the backgrounds and the game is generally very readable. The story is something I can't really talk about for fear of spoilers, but suffice it to say that it is really good. The game lives up to it's "Lovecraftian Horror" tagline excellently and drops some relatively niche references along the way. If you're at all a fan of RPGs and/or cosmic horror, I highly recommend this game!
A short tightly paced crpg with turn-based combat and a fantastic artstyle. If you like DND and Lovecraft this game is a absolute must.
Nice game. Good plot, good combat, and RPG elements (Character progression, Skills, Inventory, crafting...) At first, the graphics could feel a bit weird, but in the end, the game is beautiful and very detailed. If you enjoy RPGs, give it a try.
This game undeniably reminds me of Ultima I–V, which I still have unforgettable memories of nearly 45 years later. Those were the very early days of PC RPGs (or perhaps even Apple II RPGs?!). Anyway, after a bit of modding to make the combat more challenging, I'm having a great time with it. It's a very polished game.
12/10 experience
An amazing game that took a few tries to draw me in, but once it did, I could'nt stop playing
