Singularity Runner is an innovative one-button arcade runner. Your goal is to survive as long as possible while wracking up the highest score possible. You can press the action button (click or space on a desktop) to move between two different positions to either avoid enemies or hit them with swords. The combo and scoring system is complicated enough that it will take some practice to get the hang of.

i played this game after checking singularity dungeon a demo of their next game this game is a really neat 2d runner game you need to check it out is really fun

"Singularity Runner" is a poorly made 2D retro pixel (sigh) one button arcade runner from the "I can't believe it's not a mobile app" section of the Steam store... a valueless experience more shallow than your average 1990's Flash game. This features really godawful, lazy pixelcrap "art" instead of real graphics. It's hard to say if this was because the developer didn't have the skill to do the job of creating 3D visuals, or couldn't afford to hire someone who does, but it also doesn't matter. What matters is that this looks bad because of that decision, and that's a major deterrent to gamers. Games like Terraria and Stardew Valley succeeded [i]despite[/i] the bad graphics, not because of them. You're forced to sign a highly questionable yet legally unenforceable End User License Agreement... for such a relatively low effort, low quality product, this comes across more as a delusion of grandeur than anything else. This agreement includes questionable requirements that may attempt to revoke consumer law protections that gamers expect to have, which is also highly problematic. Developers must learn they are here to serve gamers, not control them. I had my cat walk over the keyboard while the EULA was displaying, which fixed that problem for me. This is only free in a rudimentary sense... the developer has their hand out for a "donation" for this as you're expected to buy some extra DLC from Steam... digital panhandling. Like the homeless guys who splash dirty water on your windscreen at the traffic lights. No thanks. Even though this is "free", it failed to appeal to the 120 million+ gamers on Steam. SteamDB showed the game peaked at only 9 concurrent players... this is a dismal public reception. This was so bad they couldn't even give it away. Bearing in mind that free games don't add +1 to your game collector count, should you bother adding this to your library and downloading it? Not this time. This isn't worth downloading. While this won't cost you any money, you get what you pay for, and sometimes, even when the game is free, it's still not enough.
