About

Build over-the-top combos one move at a time. Position is everything, and most moves chain into the next if your timing is right. See how far you can carry the chain!
Line up your Big Swing so the impact carries to enemies behind your target
Launch a target skyward, juggle them in midair, then slam them back into the ground
Trade your own HP to push the combo into the next target when the current one is incapacitated.
Finish with a full-screen attack that shreds every enemy caught in the chain

Mino is more than a cute face. He's your combo partner, and the chain lives or dies on when you tag him in.
Call Mino in for a Nose Launch to send your target rocketing skyward
Use Dig to claw a downed enemy back up so the combo can keep running
Mix in Fetch and Fling, where Mino snatches an enemy out of midair and throws them wherever you point

Earn skill points as you level up and spend them across the skill tree to learn new moves or sharpen the ones you already have.
Spend you skill points on Signy's moves, Mino's tricks, or your defenses
Unlock Combo Extend to chain more skills into a single combo
Befriend a washed-up warrior who'll teach you tricks no one else can

A volcanic explosion masks a much more sinister problem: Auger, the short-tempered god of rock and magma, has been reborn with an axe to grind. Take on the burden of being the only one who can face him.
Stand against Auger, freshly clawed out of his rest in the mountain
Join forces with other fallen gods and washed-up warriors as the world catches fire
Discover your own hidden powers as the conflict pulls you in deeper

This is a fun time, definitely give it a look if you like Paper Mario style combat, but with a bit of an extra spin! It integrates combos and juggling (like in a fighter) to give it a different feel.
Do not recommend if you want fighting games, combo system is too easy for me. would recommend if you like paper mario though.
Not very far in but this game is gorgeous, the music is catchy and the story is quickly gripping. It's too easy right now, but I'm sure that'll change

I'm only about an hour into the game, but so far it's been one of the best turn-based combat games I've ever played. The combo system is wild. Pretty much anything combos into pretty much anything, and the exceptions seem to primarily be based on timing more than disallowance. As I'm not that far in, so far the dodge and parry system hasn't provided much challenge yet, but I'm sure as I progress that will come to mature. The art style is very cool, the sprites in the 3d environment are an interesting choice, but I love it all the same. If you enjoy this type of game, you should absolutely get it!
Simple and fun. At about a 5 hour completion time, it doesn't overstay it's welcome. Worth the money.
A Really good although short game. Story: There were three gods who who once roamed the land, and tried to help the humans, but their actions would in turn create issues to say without spoiling. Needless to say, the awakening of the mountain god, the events that took Sidney's parents, all of this unfolds. System: It is like a fighter/turn based game. You have quite a bit of combos, combined with the trusty doggo. You can chain combos in many ways, with precision being necessary. Certain enemies cannot be defeated unless they are hit with a Power Attack, which is like a finisher you'd see in a fighting game. There is also a decent chip system, which are the equipment, and a small skill tree. Art Style: 2D, something similar to Paper Mario. Music: Really well done. Overall: Decent exploration, small additional stuff here and there. This was a really well made game, could stand to be a bit longer to flesh out some parts of the story. Though, I'd say it delivered quite well. Also, really well made animations/cutscenes. Note: Potentially for AMD users, when you are in Althea. A cutscene there might prevent progression due to like a white screen. As such, switch from your GPU to the Radeon TM Graphics. This is just to get past this scene, then you can switch back to the GPU. No other issues.
I'm still fairly early into the game (I'd guess around 20-30% by looking at the map) but I already feel comfortable recommending it. The art style immediately stood out to me. The whole game has a lot of personality so far, where every visual element fits together beautifully, making each area feel like part of one cohesive world. On top of that character designs are quite unique and memorable. As for the combat - it also feels fresh and unique to me as I haven't played anything quite like it before. Exploration is another highlight thanks to hidden treasures that make wandering around worthwhile. The story is only now starting to pick up but it has caught my interest and I'm looking forward to seeing where it goes. Performance has been excellent both on my PC and on my Legion Go S running SteamOS. My only minor concern so far is that the game has been a bit too easy (though that may change later in the game). Also, I'd call it more RPG-like than a true RPG, but that doesn't take away from the experience. It is really fun for what it is. Easy recommendation.
It's a pretty good game and taking advantage of the combo system is very addictive, but if you like to grind levels like me, you'll blaze through the skill tree and max it out in a couple sessions. I do love the music, though.
For anyone who's played Namco x Capcom or Project x Zone (Or SRT OG: EF), the combat system was definitely what definitely drew me over to playing this game, and it feels like it's been expanded upon. With pretty lenient timings to combo moves together, it feels so good stringing a combo that you can think of. It is, unfortunately, a pretty short game. Just when you feel like you're finally getting started with the great battle gameplay and it's over in a flash. The shortness hurts the story a bit, as well, with not enough time to fully flesh out characters; but I enjoyed it nonetheless. Earning a chuckle every so often, I was actually decently invested into its story even with the little amount there was to building characters. The lack of enemies also hurts it just a bit for me, as well, with variants of the same 3-4 enemies showing up within three hours. Though I enjoyed having some enemies having statuses that make them a bit like a puzzle, seeing the same enemies over and over gets repetitive fairly quickly. Overall, if you enjoyed the combat sections of NxC or PxZ as much as I did, I'd say to maybe give it a try. Otherwise, it's a short but sweet game.
